You are gonna have to wait a long time. Mihawk rarely appears in the story. But who knows considering how some characters got more screen time in Netflix series, it might be different.
Well afraid to break the news that he barely has any other screen time 😂, that’s the thing for most chars, they get introduced and are gone as quickly as that
@madafac3329 no, they do come back but it's just that the series focus on its main characters and so some character don't get time to show up but right now in the manga I have a feeling we'll be seeing character like Mihawk make big moves soon
The most impressive thing about Mihawk isn't his swordsmanship. It is his sailing skills. He travels the entire world by himself using nothing more than a row boat.
Everything about him is just fucking cool. He’s one of the few characters that I really have not much reason I love him besides that I just enjoy watching him, lol. He is so badass and not hard on the eyes either.

@@ashwinc3789 and also it did answer in live action why he didn't take the promotion, because he would be a slave to the WG even more, he would lose his freedom.
Not just season 2, I already foresee OPCU, character exclusive episodes like Mihawk, Koby, Jinbei. They can reuse same settings with entirely different team like disney+ MCU.
The 3 main differences I noticed between the anime and live action Zoro/Mihawk fight were that Zoro was incredibly shocked that Mihawk was so far out of his league that they were in different solar systems. I think that really showed how Zoro knew the battle was hopeless yet he kept doing the best he could. The second was how surprised Mihawk was that neither Luffy nor any other teammate of Zoro’s even thought about interfering, I think this is what really got Mihawk to respect both Luffy and Zoro a good bit more as it showed the respect they showed to each other. And of course finally, in the live action, Mihawk dealt a final blow meant to kill Zoro while in the anime he struck Zoro while telling him to get stronger and come back for a rematch. The live action sequence was really well done and the actor who played Mihawk got that character down perfectly. I do wish we got at least one of these 3 points to better explain why Mihawk didn’t bring Luffy in as directed.
Mihawk did not mean to kill Zoro in the live action. His said as much immediately after landing the strike and told Zoro to come find him when he gets stronger. If this guy meant to kill Zoro, Zoro would be dead.
After watching Mihawk live, I am really am interested in seeing Captain Jack Sparror vs Mihawk or them teaming up maybe do both. This is will be an every interesting spin off!

The series does a lot of the characters really will. Nami. Zeff. Kuro. Buggy. Koby. Helmeppo. They even breathed Life into Bogard. I think Mihawk is an 8.5 out of 10. Easily one of the best translations of the characters into live action. Then on the other and we have ones like been Ben Beckman. Why oh why.
That Mihawk actually listens to Orders from Garp to go after Luffy in the first place or that Garp gives orders at all is straight up character assassination on both sides. The only reason he agreed to Marinford was because he was intrigued by Whitebeards strenght.
Great actors, good story sadly besides the ship cut in half they didn't have the budget for making the fighting as cool as it should be. The battles lack special effects and sometimes you can clearly see people holding their punches. Everything else is great but the fighting is cut very short and quite disappointing. Like arloong in it's whole fight barely threw barely a few punches and didn't use any special moves. The fighting felt more as if he was a generic pirate crewman than a boss fight even if the actor did a good job to portray arloong well.

Don't let Americans/Westerners make their own versions of Japanese media, it will be censored and changed for American audiences. This is basically an insult to One Piece, especially when you have Netflix doing what they do best and altering the races of characters to shove more "diversity" into the show
Actually, all the diversity that was in the casting was done with Oda being the executive Producer, so that means he approved all the diversity. Plus, one of the SBS questions was where all the crew be from if they were born in our world, and all their nationality matches the crew. Luffy Brazilian, Zoro Japanese, Nami Sweden, Usopp Africa, Sanji France. Therefore, it’s fine if you think LA One Piece is bad, but don’t hate on the choice in diversity casting.
