My definitive playthough of the StarCraft 2 Campaign Collection trilogy and Nova mission pack. Each mission video will be a walkthrough explaining and executing strategies to succeed and obtain most achievements on Brutal difficulty. All dialogues, cinematics, and story-related material will be at the end of each video.
In some cases I omit completing Mastery achievements that would require a separate playthrough detracting from a full showcase of the mission in question.
Achievements completed this video:
Drill Hard - Kill 20 enemy units with the Laser Drill in The Dig mission on Normal difficulty. - Ігри
IMO you should do Zeratul missions ASAP for that resarch points to make it bit easier later.
34:25 Like a lot of the little UNN segments, this is a great bit, and a specific showcase of how the new formula SC2 introduced with a hub area and side conversations can flesh out the world. Jay has a point too, maybe the Zerg do watch the broadcasts. They're clearly intelligent. The implication I got from Mengsk's coronation speech at the end of Rebel Yell, with the distortions when he talked about the Zerg and the Protoss, was that they were both listening to his speech too. That would be a good sign of how important he was.
If you played SC1, then third mission actually has the Zerg tap in to Terran comms to find out what Duke is doing, so yeah they probably do listen in.
"Nice to see you too....."
Boy missed his bro, it would be a shame someone had to be unalived later on
Mercinaries + tanks god mode :P awesome commentary and play as always.
Really interesting idea on a "no kill drill" achievement! What I've noticed as I've replayed this time is that the achievements are all essentially tests of multi-tasking skills or speed (which comes down to macro-skills, which is basically the same thing). So killing enemies with the drill makes sense as an achievement, then, since it does require you to multi-task to target units while you do other things. Not a major multi-task, but one nonetheless and I remember when I first started playing years ago that I thought "man, it would be nice if I just left this drill to do its thing and never used it." So I think the achievement rewards that multi-tasking, even if it is actually a better strategy and not as hard as not using the drill to attack.
Wooo siege tanks! One of my maps originally had a loading screen tip saying I just wanted an excuse to make lots of siege tanks. But I ended up changing it later.
It might just be me, but ever since LotV came out and we see Alarak and the like, I really don't like these fake-ass Tal'darim. XD
then it's remodel time
Calling a relic an artifact isn't a crime. Artifact is defined as "an object made by a human being, typically one of cultural or historical interest", while the definition of relic says "an object surviving from an earlier time, especially one of historical interest". In fact, the first synonym listed for "relic" is "artefact".
Jim and Javik from ME3 would get along famously.
Thanks for the video.
Oh, the last moments of two friends....
I can understand why not to take the expansion at times because it's easier to defend the base when it is all on the high ground as it gives you an advantage at times
these crystal devices would have been very useful in Assassins creed
Pro tip use reapers for the artifacts 15:53 their ability to leap and speed allow them to reach the ridges easy and avoid the cannons
I think it'd be cool if they remake the lazer drill into an ability like solar lance where you have to choose the attack, instead of just point it and zap it for a second then turn away
Swann in coop.
U had a scv in the bunker on the low ground
I never have a enough time to train and find the relics or Protoss research
I sometimes get the Vikings to make it easier to get the relics
I'd prefer to research orbital supply instead of the vespene. Since I was gonna research automated refinery.
Also, En arudiin, Zeratul.
1st lol. I always did this and redstone map before meinhoff. Tanks on defense and reapers on offense
Do all the Zeratulnmissions then we get all the extra dialogue
Proootooonss

Rescue tosh first then go for zeratul missions for the research?
You didn't get the +40 damage upgrade for Siege Tanks from the armory?
Jay said that he wants the Orbital Command upgrade ASAP, and it's quiet expensive just like the siege tank upgrades.
I’m such a noob. I keep attacking my own units. You have tutorial for short cuts? Thanks
I love Siege Tanks, especially the more advanced ones from Swann’s Armory and the mercenary versions from Hill. Do you?
I hate every taldarim mission
The real deal "Don Lemon" sounded as bad this Donny Vermillion at his interview with Elon. At latest Vermillion here is hilarious and has mental problems like everybody else.
You can shift queue tanks going into siege mode after a move order too
