I figured this vid would give some insight into how to become a world-class surfer. We saw the coffee, morning smoothie, the two surf sessions, the hardcore workout, the dinner, but it wasn't until I heard the words Ben & Jerry's at the very end that it all finally came together. Hi to Mahina and Nathan. Looked like a delicious smoothie however, have you guys done any research on oxylates? Almonds are super high in them. Just a thought.

My mans, do not tamp that with all those grounds. Use your finger level with the rim to push off the excess grounds, then tamp evenly as possible with a decent amount of strength (i.e. medium). Also when the grounds are being dumped into it, try to move in a circular motion to evenly distribute. Hope this helps.
