This movie was incredible! The emotions of interacting with a man responsible for killing millions of ur people was portrayed so well! The interactions between peter and eichmenn were so intense with so little words..
Impeccable you say? It wasn't without its share of logical disconnects and continuity errors. For instance, why did Eichmam need interpreters headphones to understand english when he had been speaking the language flawlessly the entire movie. Director dropped the ball.

Brilliant film that I saw today. You know how terrific a film is when you forget that you are watching actors doing their thing. Entire cast did a wonderful job with Sir Ben always giving an A-plus.
I'm always down for a story that involves people from WW2.
It's amazing how many stories are out there, yet always involving tragedy in some way.

Really underrated movie. Sad every single blockbuster these days is CGI + explosions + superheroes and movies like this never see the light of day.
Scorsese said recently that cineplexes have become nothing more than theme parks. Hardly any real "films" being made.

Love this film, I'm obsessed with WW2 movies
I've always gravitated toward WW2 movies, docs, etc. This is definitely one of the best I've ever seen. Historically accurate & thrilling at every turn. Bravo to all involved in this film.
Joe Alwyn's character Klaus Eichmann looks so amazing and pretty intense.. Really excited for the movie...

This film has been done a few times before of course. One starring Robert Duvall, one Werner Klemperer, and the best: House on Garibaldi Street. But who knows this may be worth seeing.
His last words were reported to be:
"Long live Germany. Long live Argentina. Long live Austria. These are the three countries with which I have been most connected and which I will not forget. I greet my wife, my family and my friends. I am ready. We'll meet again soon, as is the fate of all men. I die believing in God".

Was a bit slow at times, but to tell the overall story it was necessary. One plot device was kind of drawn out, but overall a really good flick.
Ben Kingsley and Oscar Issac give very powerful performances, but the whole ensemble did a good job.
The story is told well and had several on-your seat moments.
Oscar Isaac is a beautiful man and very talented actor. 💕
Why was Operation Finale not screened in Canada at least not in Toronto?

Ben Kingsley was in Schindler’s List and played Anne Frank’s father. I’m having a hard time placing him as a Nazi now.
He also played a rabbi in lucky number slevin. One of the best dialogues ive ever seen in a movie

This story was first filmed in 1960 as "Operation: Eichmann". Eichman was played by Werner Klemperer. Roudolph Hoess was played by John Banner. Five years later those two actors would gain immortality as Col. Klink and Sgt. Schultz!
Then "The house on Garibaldi Street" with Topol. But it was kinda mediocre.
The Man Who Captured Eichmann (1996) is in full on You tube featuring Robert Duvall as Eichmann. GREAT movie! Also "Eichmann" with Troy Garity and Franka Potente is phenomenal and also in full on UA-cam. This is an incredible story!
Is anyone else put off by the bad make up and hair job on Ben Kingsley? He's a great actor, but his makeup looks caked on.
Yeah Eichmann was skinnier than Kingsley portrays him to be. His older self is spot on though.
