Alfredo Rosales I hope it helps. My civic worked fine after changing the thermostat for a little bit, but then started acting weird again a month or two later. Never had the time to really figure it out. Didn't know if it was a heater core issue or what. Nick Rosas Never did figure it out. Thought it was a head gasket but that wasn't the case either. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Let me know if you figure it out though because I've been curious about it to this day
Nick Rosas I ended up selling it. The guy knew of the issues and acted like it wasn't a big deal so I still don't know what the issue was. Wish I did though
Alfredo Rosales Yeah I'm pretty sure they'll charge for the diagnostic. My fan would kick on, so that's what confused me. I don't know man. I would be interested in knowing what it is when you do find out though
Joe Leazott hopefully you’re able to get it running properly. It was suggested in the comments to clean the throttle body as well. Let me know how if you have any success with doing that. Then hopefully we can pass along what you did to help the next person. Good luck!

U need to clean your throttle body and intake valves aswell ... Your car is idleling too low ...it should be 900 rpm
