Jimi Jamison was such an incredible voice. He had a great sound. As soon as he started singing you automatically knew it was Jimi. Vital Signs was a great album. They also had songs for Rocky III (Eye of the Tiger) and Rocky IV (Burning Heart) movies. Jimi also had his solo song "I'm Always Here" as the theme song to the hit TV show "Baywatch". Sadly, we lost Jimi in 2014. He's sorely missed. RIP Jimi.
Jimi’s one of Rocks greatest voices! Before Survivor stole him away, he had his own band, Cobra. Their album First Strike from 1983 was awesome. You should check out “What Love Is” and “Looking At You” from that Cobra album. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
Hey guys! Glad you like them. I have the album and have supported the band for years. Play the songs, "Popular Girl" , "First Night", and "Broken Promises "! Those are variations (not hits) But VERY GOOD!! JIMI was the best!!!
Jimi Jamison is definitely my favorite singer I first heard him 6 years ago and I have to listen to him every day. You should listen to It's The Singer Not The song, I See You In Everyone, The album Too Hot To Sleep also has the song Too Hot To Sleep lots of energy great song
Check out his last video at Elk Village in 2014 singing this song in 2014. He was 63 years old and still sounded fantastic. Sadly, he died that same year.
❤ Hello from 🔥🔥 Central Florida ! I just discovered you guys.... literally just now. I "liked n subscribed" when i saw Survivor. Keep on keepin' on with what you're doing !
It all depends on the style of rock as far as my favorite voice in rock...how far back are we going? Always, Elvis, Ronnie James Dio, Miljenko Matijevic, Steve Perry and Sammy Hagar is my favorites. In that order.
If you love the synth I got you. For all your hard work. This is KYGO w/ A-HA performing “Take On Me” live. If you’ve not seen the ORIGINAL, A-Ha video of the song. Do that first. This version is arranged much differently and of course has KYGO mixing it up Its beautiful (Definitely reaction worthy if your so inclined prior to watching) ua-cam.com/video/0FJFKCnYtN4/v-deo.htmlsi=jTQ8zV5DoVyx73I2
Great song!!! Somewhere In America, Didn’t Know It Was Love, Is This Love, Hesitation Street, American Heartbeat, Jackie Don’t Go, Rebel Girl, Moment of Truth, Summer Nights, Freelance, so many songs
@@David_Theisen Love every one of those you listed! I might add Silver Girl, Caught in the Game, Half Life and Oceans, which I think has some of Frankie Sullivan's best guitar work.
When this song came out in the summer of 1984 it was everywhere, and MTV played the video constantly for months.

Saw them in concert in 2012!! Really disappointing because the sound guy had the music amped up too loud, couldn’t hear Jimi’s singing very well!!
@@David_Theisen that was sad 😢!

The Search Is Over is off this album and a great ballad.
Joey Tempest, lead singer of Europe is an incredible vocalist.

Tiny thing most don't notice - the tambourine is used on the 2 and 4 of the whole song. Makes the snare sound better
My favorite song by them. What a voice. Great talent all around

He's one of my tops also, but not my favorite.
