    If 100 grams of raw moong is 24g proteins. When the same quantity is sprouted, will the protein in the sprouted moong be still at 24 grams or change?

      some studies suggest that sprouting increases protein content by 10% but I am yet to look at it deeply. Till then, assume that if you sprout 100g raw moong whatever amount of sprouts you get you're getting 24g protein

    Let me correct you sir, jo nutrition 50 gram raw ka hua vo 150 gram moong sprouts ka nhi hoga, qki sprouting kai process mai starch significantly decrease hota hai, agr same nutrition content mil raha hota tho log kya pagal hai jo sprouting krege, utni dal hi kha lete pakakr.. 😊

    Sprout cannot be a mjor component of meal but if you cut some cucumber, onion, tomato, raw mango in it, add some salt, chilli to taste and sqeeze a lemon, you will get heavenly wholesome snack 😊

    Kya bol rha h bhi. Kam se kam simple google search hi kar leta. Make salad of these things like Sprouted moong dal soaked chana and soya chunk 70+ protein to milega hi isse baki khana bhi to khaoge din me❤❤

    100gms sprout moong consists of 24gms protein. Am I right or wrong?

      Actually 100gm raw moong dal 25gm protein
      But after sprouting it increases by 30% i.e it now has 32gm protein 😊
      This is due to change in bacteria and animo acid profile due to sprouting 😁😁
