Know the laws guys I’ve been traveling my whole life in a automobile without a license and I get off all the time with the US Supreme Court rulings above no right of ours can be licensed and charged a fee we don’t need a business license it’s our right to work and become anything we want to be know law guys you know law you are free

Ok so I have federal and state felonies. I had my state rights restored completely and a paralegal told me that if the federal denies me it contradicts the state law and I have a case? Is this correct? I was a teen ager (18) at the time of my crimes. Both state and federal were armed robbery with simulated deadly weapon (I.E. note). Do I have a chance and how much would the process cost? I've seen other convicted felons with firearms (not black powder) most were actors or celebrities.

The problem is the expungement process. That's what I'm dealing with. So some states Florida being one only allow 1 crime to be expunged. So when law enforcement sticks a bunch of charges on you to see what ones can stick it's basically setting your future up to never have a second chance regardless of how much time has passed. Please help me help you and let's work together to get our rights restored. Thank you.

A "Right" is a subjective term. To you, I or any human we would consider a right a right. But, I can tell you that YOUR Right isnt one, it's a priviledge. It's about perspective, one mans right is another mans opinion regarding that right. That's where the law stands, it's in "their opinion" that your right isnt one. It's a sad but true way of life that our court systems are unjust. Only a political revolution or war on our homefront could change that standpoint. But I dont see that happening anytime.

a court-approved me to carry and possess as a felon at the end of November, but I have not gone out to purchase as I'm paranoid because VA has a 5 year min for a felon caught in possession of a firearm... I'm sure they would figure it out eventually but I'm too old to sit in the county jail over the weekend while they do their research... I applied for a CCL so ill wait for that to go through before I even try as it goes through the same background check I'm assuming. Edit: purchased a handgun at a Cabela's in December no problem but I was denied a concealed carry permit about 45 days after I applied

I did. I completed 7 yrs of defferred adjudication probation here in Texas for an AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DEADLY WEAPON...8 yrs after being done with probation I restored my gun rights without the help of a lawyer. Costed me about $5. Thats it. Just took a little time and research but yeah it was well worth it.

I got a couple questions. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and have never been in trouble here. I had a few arrest for domestic harassment with my wife but never had a court date. Was held for a couple weekends and released no court. Only time I went to court was for a vandalism charge because a guy tried to run me off the road and I slashed his tire. Went to court took care of my business, paid fines and restitution and completed community service. This was back in 2015, haven’t been in trouble since. I’m almost 30 years old now. A lot more mature and just trying to take care of my family and sons. Nothing more nothing less. I tried to get a gun for sport shooting and home defense. The background came back unresolved so I’m trying to figure out what I can do? I sent in some paperwork from my arms dealers to find out what the specific problem is and if it can be resolved. If I can get some information on this that would be great. If I have to I’ll fight it. I’m not a bad person and I handle myself and business. I stay out of trouble. But it’s wrong to think that people shouldn’t and aren’t allowed to make mistakes in life. I’m human and I make mistakes and I learn as I grow. I just want to be able to practice the same rights as everyone else and protect my family and go shooting at the range. Can’t shake this feelings that our government just wants people to feel like their monsters for making minor mistakes and you should have to pay for those mistakes for the rest of your life. That’s ridiculous and unfair. If someone can help me that would be great. You can email me. Wallaces3285@gmail.com

I also live in Michigan and caught my first felony charge in Detroit. It was a very bad judgement on my part in attending a party with my firearm. Anyway i happened to catch an attempted felonious charge, which i was lucky enough to only serve 10 days in jail with 18 months low monitored probation due to my clean record. Ironically if i remained clear of any convictions, that following month i would've been cleared to get my CPL 😒 so now im close to the end of my probation but i have to wait and remain clear of all and any bullshit for five years. My lawyer said it would cost upwards of 5000 to 10000 bucks to get the felony expunged from my record. He said if he's still around that he would do it for 1000 but who's to tell what could happen in 5 years. So I'm not supposed to be able to legally carry a firearm for 5 years just because of one mistake that i made...non violent, victimless crime?! Our laws are fucked

Pennsylvania grants pardons at MUCH higher rate than most other states and the Federal government. I'd recommend Michael P. Gottlieb, Norristown. He helped me get my rights back after an involuntary commitment under section 302 that happened when I was 14. He also does pardons.

It is possible to get your rights back! Here in ga you have to fill out a 8 page application and get 3 people whose character cant be questioned/ no trouble to write letters saying why they think you should be able to have your rights back. You send it to the board of pardon and paroles. The only thing it cost paying to have a couple of the pages you fill out notarized. It takes about a year to process. 5 board members vote and you have to get 3 in your favor to get your rights back. I know this to be a fact because I did it myself and I now have a full pardon including the right to bear arms!

The equipment was stored in my parents garage and subsequently someone told the authorities about it and I got arrested. But did not do any time , but all my firearms which were legally purchased and registered were taken away from me . I now live in Pennsylvania and am 72 years old and am interested in black powder firearms. I got into black powder back in 1999 when I started civil war reenacting. Have had a clean record since and would like to get my gun rights back and have my felony conviction expunged. What do you think my chances are and who do I contact to start this process.
