Hi - I've done a lot of LV online shopping in the month of May (Quarantine Shopping). I was able to get all three mini pochettes, all three key pouches and the Pochette Accessories - Monogram. 2 items came from CA and the others were from NJ. The ones in CA came with the ribbon, envelope, etc. and the ones in NJ came with the ribbon, but it wasn't tied around the box. They placed it inside the box. Also, just to share, my Pochette Accessoires had the strap already attached. But the bag was pristine. It could be just a matter of "who" is packing the bag. Congrats on your finds! They are beautiful! 😊

They are suppose to prepare your handbag before shipping, that means attaching straps, removing stickers etc. If they are extremely busy, items may not be prepared properly! FYI! Great purchase! 😍

Hi! My strap was inside bag with a plastic wrap you slip out.Its a gorgeous piece! I would attached on other side so the the clasp doesn't put too much pressure on leather tab! Great video!❤

The bag can come with strap attached, most folks are keeping this hard to find item so I doubt it’s a return. Also LV will accept a return even if strap is attached and strap has wrinkles. The vachetta is skin and wrinkles with or without it being attached, it just happens as it’s natural. The information is the new policy LV is sending out and it’s noted on the website under the product when shopping online. They know most people are using hand sanitizer/ disinfecting. If it’s messed up by these items then LV will state it’s nothing they can do for it, so just be mindful. You can go to LV or use wax to go over the zipper for it to be smoother.
Ohhh! Right, yeah I saw that in another comment that people would probably not be returning it. So interesting though that the way the packaging is almost different for every one (even the boxes and the ribbon). I definitely am not using any of my bags outside during COVID to avoid the alcohol/hand sanitizer, so thank you for that reminder! I'll take up on the wax idea 😊. My PA came in last month with the strap attached as well. Ddnt think it was a return though. I've also watched a couple of videos where theirs were also attached to the purse. Because the Accessories is very hard to get, I don't think people will be returning esp if there is no significant issue..imo

Not sure anymore since their packaging/online ordering hasn't been too cohesive throughout. 😩
I ordered it online! I have a video coming out soon on how I got it, hopefully it will help, but it is no guarantee!! I emailed customer service and they said it is no longer available online and in store, but since then I've seen it on the website about 3-4 times so I don't trust that. Which country are you in if you don't mind me asking? 😄

Hey Samantha, so happy that you now have 4 items from France - so cool. I have the pochette accessoires Monogram and Azur, both purchased in the store and they both had the strap on. I don't think you should think so much about it. All items are packed differently, same thing with the dustbags, boxes and receipts. Enjoy :-)

I got one in April and the strap was inside without plastic. I’ve seen videos where the strap is in plastic. My strap was wrinkled and the stitching was off. I couldn’t get an exchange since the item was supposedly out of stock. I could have one ordered for $60 as a repair and it would take 6-8 weeks for the strap; I did go ahead and ordered one. I do think the purse I got was a returned one. Especially since the date code was mid 2019 and I got it April 2020...again I’ve seen Videos where the date code wasn’t too far from the purchase date. Just felt like sharing. I still love the bag. 💜

Samantha Mok Update! The strap arrived today. It would have arrived last week but since I wasn’t expecting it, I got an email from UPS a packaged needed to be signed by someone 21 year or older, and the item came from SDLAFTER SALES, I rejected the package. **I recently had fraud on my debit card that posted as Beer Hong Kong**. Anyways, after I rejected the package, I get an email my LV that my item shipped and would arrive in 10 days. I called customer care to get the shipping info and that’s when I realized what happened. I let them know and the item was routed back. Sooo..I got the replacement strap and there was not cost.

Oh my gosh congrats on scoring those items. I did watch the other video 1st, I LOL out loud. I totally get it. As I was watching this video I clicked on the link you have for the Pochette Accessoires and I almost had a heart attack looking at the prices, I'm in California and I thought they did another price increase just that quick, it was 12am on the dot, only until I realized you live in Canada. I was almost in tears lol. And not tears of joy. I'm trying to get the Mini Pochette Accessoires in all the prints but no luck yet. I reach out to customer service and she said there were all three but not in my state in 3 other states and she would send a email to the store for them to contact me and that was 4 days ago. No call yet. 😒

Hi there. Happy for you that you also were able to score those "hard to get" items from LV. I got my Pochette Accessoires in Monogram canvas a couple of weeks ago. The strap was not attached to the bag and it was in a plastic rolled inside the bag. But if there's really nothing wrong with it, then I'm sure it's a brand new one, and a keeper ^_^ By the way, all the items that I ordered separately online came tied with a blue ribbon. However, I should say that one of the items did not come with the receipt in an envelope. Enjoy your LV babies :) They're all adorable.

YAY!!! I 💖 the second one, its so pweettttyyyyyyy!!! So glad they are both made in France! I got the first one from my mum and she bought her's 20 years ago, so my lining is slightly different. The only annoying thing for me when I carry it is the bag starts to unzip which is really odd. So I always have to be careful because one time it unzipped the whole way and things almost fell out! Let me know if that happens to you? Also cuz it was so old the strap fell apart, like the 2 parts that put the strap together start stripping away from each other so I got it replaced but its a 20 year old bag so I'm not surprised it would happen. Nonetheless it's still such a classic and I'm so happy for you, love this video gurl! 💗

Ahhh every time I called lv client services they kept telling me that they can’t get the bag for me but a client advisor was able to send me a link for the mini pochette in monogram and I was able to purchase the bag. I feel like their client services are very inconsistent with their info lol that’s wack
What!! Omg I'm surprised they're all over the place? What about emailing rather than calling? They directed me to a SA right away and he offered to put the stuff through. Either way its sort of irritating with their customer service at the moment. Especially when apparently there's another 5% increase coming? If you call client services they can only place an order for what’s in stock from the warehouse. A SA can place a order from what’s in store (nationwide), warehouse and online. This is the case for Canada anyway.

I don't know!!! I got some comments saying it's either 1) a returned item or 2) the SA's usually prepare the products for you, ie. putting on the strap for you. So who knows! I've seen other unboxings and some had it on as well.

Really? I've been seeing so many SLGs like the key cles and other stuff being made in US/Spain, not sure how they're doing this anymore, since these were my first purchases again since 2015 lol! I do think most of the mini pochettes and PA is MIF, though I did see a mini pochette made in Spain recently!

My PA came in last month with the strap attached as well. Ddnt think it was a return though. I've also watched a couple of videos where theirs were also attached to the purse. Because the Accessories is very hard to get, I don't think people will be returning esp if there is no significant issue..imo

Congrats on scoring these gorgeous pieces. I recently received my PA and the strap was inside the bag. Not sure how the item packaging varies so much as I received the bow but no envelope for my paperwork🤷♀️. But great unboxing. Enjoy your pieces 😊

Sometimes the SA will do up the strap for u, just in case u don’t know how to do it. Some don’t.

I ordered it online! I have a video coming out soon on how I got it, hopefully it will help, but it is no guarantee!! I emailed customer service and they said it is no longer available online and in store, but since then I've seen it on the website about 3-4 times so I don't trust that. Which country are you in if you don't mind me asking? 😄

Hey Samantha, so happy that you now have 4 items from France - so cool. I have the pochette accessoires Monogram and Azur, both purchased in the store and they both had the strap on. I don't think you should think so much about it. All items are packed differently, same thing with the dustbags, boxes and receipts. Enjoy :-)

I got one in April and the strap was inside without plastic. I’ve seen videos where the strap is in plastic. My strap was wrinkled and the stitching was off. I couldn’t get an exchange since the item was supposedly out of stock. I could have one ordered for $60 as a repair and it would take 6-8 weeks for the strap; I did go ahead and ordered one. I do think the purse I got was a returned one. Especially since the date code was mid 2019 and I got it April 2020...again I’ve seen Videos where the date code wasn’t too far from the purchase date. Just felt like sharing. I still love the bag. 💜

Samantha Mok Update! The strap arrived today. It would have arrived last week but since I wasn’t expecting it, I got an email from UPS a packaged needed to be signed by someone 21 year or older, and the item came from SDLAFTER SALES, I rejected the package. **I recently had fraud on my debit card that posted as Beer Hong Kong**. Anyways, after I rejected the package, I get an email my LV that my item shipped and would arrive in 10 days. I called customer care to get the shipping info and that’s when I realized what happened. I let them know and the item was routed back. Sooo..I got the replacement strap and there was not cost.

Oh my gosh congrats on scoring those items. I did watch the other video 1st, I LOL out loud. I totally get it. As I was watching this video I clicked on the link you have for the Pochette Accessoires and I almost had a heart attack looking at the prices, I'm in California and I thought they did another price increase just that quick, it was 12am on the dot, only until I realized you live in Canada. I was almost in tears lol. And not tears of joy. I'm trying to get the Mini Pochette Accessoires in all the prints but no luck yet. I reach out to customer service and she said there were all three but not in my state in 3 other states and she would send a email to the store for them to contact me and that was 4 days ago. No call yet. 😒

Hi there. Happy for you that you also were able to score those "hard to get" items from LV. I got my Pochette Accessoires in Monogram canvas a couple of weeks ago. The strap was not attached to the bag and it was in a plastic rolled inside the bag. But if there's really nothing wrong with it, then I'm sure it's a brand new one, and a keeper ^_^ By the way, all the items that I ordered separately online came tied with a blue ribbon. However, I should say that one of the items did not come with the receipt in an envelope. Enjoy your LV babies :) They're all adorable.

YAY!!! I 💖 the second one, its so pweettttyyyyyyy!!! So glad they are both made in France! I got the first one from my mum and she bought her's 20 years ago, so my lining is slightly different. The only annoying thing for me when I carry it is the bag starts to unzip which is really odd. So I always have to be careful because one time it unzipped the whole way and things almost fell out! Let me know if that happens to you? Also cuz it was so old the strap fell apart, like the 2 parts that put the strap together start stripping away from each other so I got it replaced but its a 20 year old bag so I'm not surprised it would happen. Nonetheless it's still such a classic and I'm so happy for you, love this video gurl! 💗

Ahhh every time I called lv client services they kept telling me that they can’t get the bag for me but a client advisor was able to send me a link for the mini pochette in monogram and I was able to purchase the bag. I feel like their client services are very inconsistent with their info lol that’s wack
What!! Omg I'm surprised they're all over the place? What about emailing rather than calling? They directed me to a SA right away and he offered to put the stuff through. Either way its sort of irritating with their customer service at the moment. Especially when apparently there's another 5% increase coming? If you call client services they can only place an order for what’s in stock from the warehouse. A SA can place a order from what’s in store (nationwide), warehouse and online. This is the case for Canada anyway.

I don't know!!! I got some comments saying it's either 1) a returned item or 2) the SA's usually prepare the products for you, ie. putting on the strap for you. So who knows! I've seen other unboxings and some had it on as well.

Honestly don't worry so much about where it's made. Most, if not all, of the slg's are Not made in the USA.
Really? I've been seeing so many SLGs like the key cles and other stuff being made in US/Spain, not sure how they're doing this anymore, since these were my first purchases again since 2015 lol! I do think most of the mini pochettes and PA is MIF, though I did see a mini pochette made in Spain recently!
