I m 69 yrs old from Pakistan .I have osteoporosis problem specifically with my knees I already take exercise for my knees ie stretching my legs forward n bringing my toe towards my leg for a count of 7 or8 I do it for 5 minutes one by one for my each leg I feel quite relaxed I feel reserved for exercises told by u bcz I feel some movements may not harm my any foot or leg bone Plz guide me wat to do while I m keen to take the exercises demonstrated by u waiting for ur reply

What they don't realize is with age comes wisdom and experience. Thank you again for helping us out. Some of us are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to go to a gym. Or just plain hard to get out.😊

Hello doctor, I am honored to be writing to you. To tell you this is wonderful. I am most grateful. I am 70 years old and this is come at a time in my life. After a tumor was removed from my pituitary I put on an extra 130 lb and it's coming off but it's very slow. After watching this video I stated I can do this. I mean my overall health is good. I walk or I can't even walk backwards. But this looks like a guide that I can use and be very helpful. It is the start. Thank you. God bless you 🙏
