    Iam 84 yrs old. My left feet is with a polio victim . Now i cannot walk alone. But iam using Baston. Withcompanion. Thank you mr. Jun reyes for this exercise . God Bless.

    Hi. I'm from South Africa and 74 years old and replacements in knees and hip. Felt tired when I got out of bed. Decided to do your exercises, and after two days I already feel more energetic. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

    I find this video very interesting. I am 66 y.o and live a sedentary life style. I like your enthusiasm and I am hoping I will follow your workout. I took a look at what other videos you have and there are at least a half a dozen that I would benefit from. I suffer with multiple ailments. I won't say much more now other than I am a real mess. Thank you for your videos. Also I wanted to say, how adorable you are. I am very impressed that you targeted seniors as well.

      I m 69 yrs old from Pakistan .I have osteoporosis problem specifically with my knees
      I already take exercise for my knees ie stretching my legs forward n bringing my toe towards my leg for a count of 7 or8
      I do it for 5 minutes one by one for my each leg
      I feel quite relaxed I feel reserved for exercises told by u bcz I feel some movements may not harm my any foot or leg bone
      Plz guide me wat to do while I m keen to take the exercises demonstrated by u waiting for ur reply

    I'm 66years and find this interesting even know i walk everywhere I go I still have Falls. And its to do with my toes. So will do this exercise at home to see how I go.❤

    Just found you on UA-cam and this exercise is exactly what I needed to kickstart my rehab program. I’m 74 with many knee and hip injuries so this gentle 10 minutes is perfect for me.

    This is my 3rd video from you. I started with sitting exercise. Then I found the best exercise for the heart. Just found this one today. I will do it all into my workout routine.

    Thank you so much for these very simple but good exercises for us seniors!
    There's a lot of areas where our government is throwing away us seniors like old shoes. What they don't realize is with age comes wisdom and experience.
    Thank you again for helping us out. Some of us are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to go to a gym. Or just plain hard to get out.😊

    Hello doctor, I am honored to be writing to you. To tell you this is wonderful. I am most grateful. I am 70 years old and this is come at a time in my life. After a tumor was removed from my pituitary I put on an extra 130 lb and it's coming off but it's very slow. After watching this video I stated I can do this. I mean my overall health is good. I walk or I can't even walk backwards. But this looks like a guide that I can use and be very helpful. It is the start. Thank you. God bless you 🙏
