    What is the Level on the Total trainer for these exercises? Or Volume 3? Not sure if that's what Volume 3 means. Cause I am doing them on level 5 I think, but I only do some exercises because I don't have those bands yet. Would appreciate it if you could confirm the level for the first 4 exercises. Thanks

      Yes, anytime you do planks, crunches, sit-ups you do it by rolling so your spine curls in the opposite direction to a lumbar curve otherwise you not only get a really sore back, you are engaging your hips more than your abs. He is absolutely right.

      Thomas Moore a 50 year old obese complaining about a workout clearly titled "KILLER CORE" is on par with a vegan complaining about the steak house they went to for dinner! #HorsesForCourses
      There are more suitable programs on this channel :)

      Thomas Moore I've had people report weight loss up to 50kg following the programs. I'm sure you'll do well as long as you stay consistent. Yes... Do eat your veggies & enjoy the workouts 👍
