And with a bit of imagination you can extract endless amount of energy too, like from burning fabric or the power of the bullets, or if RNGeasus is canon in that universe maybe it can spawn even with RPG-s or some more special weapons

The "reverse explosive" could be considered an anomaly.
The phenomenon of opponents just popping out of nowhere while reloading in many fps was so common it became an scp. So what number do y'all reckon this scp is?

Either that or you're looking at a certain direction for a few seconds, maybe minutes and the moment you face a different direction, an enemy will shoot you. I call it the Siege curse

I feel like I need a sequel, with panic or a "dug too deep" take, in that the anomaly spawns another soldier every reload- Regardless of distance, so every reload from anywhere causes a spawn, and so Horde mode exists
Luckily they already had a huge supply of pre-loaded weapons gathered from the earlier experiments. All war is now fought with single-use firearms. Then a Death Stranding type terror org keeps reloading in secret to try to end humanity.
Then at the end, you get an RUR type scenario where all the spawned enemies, after wiping out humans slowly replace humanity in a comedic series of events depicting a serene 1960s-esque US suburb with milk men and paperboys etc. but it's all fucking generic soldiers yelling random voicelines like a language. I guess kinda like that reveal in GotG3.

sounds like an Apollyon classed SCP event that leads to a world ending scenario. The world simply becomes a video game universe where reloading a weapon causes hoards of enemy soldiers to spawn.
I prefer it to go more of a "move on or we'll kill you" mechanic. The anomaly will just spawn more and more powerful enemies until it overruns the people onsite

We probably can't get video bloopers ("Probably" because some normal movement may randomly render out to a couple frames of the model turning into a cartoon explosion.), But voice bloopers would still be fun

It suddenly occurred to me that any annoying spawning could also be an infinite mob farm.
I'll be real with you, the realisation that those were Elite Federation soldiers was honestly impressive, mostly because of how easily they could fit in a quasi-SCP sort of ambience (even if the gas masks were replaced from FM53s to S10s for lens opacity reasons as far as I can tell)

Reminds me of an actual anomalous object in SCP (which does not have a serial number due to it not needing containment procedure) which is a chicken nugget that regenerates everytime someone cut or took a bite out of it.
That chicken nugget are reserved as an emergency food supply in case food shortage took place in the Foundation's facilities.
It should be called Yharon, nugget of Rebirth

And theres a cake everytime u eat it it will be back after 1 day and if u dont eat it, it will double itself
What happend if you ate it ? Does it regenerates in your stomach forever and you won't be hungry anymore ?
Even tho being fed only chicken nuggets isn't good but you could eat a salad or something light.
Or maybe it will gives too much nutriments and you'll end up fat
I never tought that reloading could cause enemy spawns but now that it's mentioned it does make sense.
I was always under the impression that enemies spawn either after you walk through a certain trigger or do something specific to progress.
Obviously they do not actually spawn enemies when a player reloads. What happens is a memory phenomenon where you imprint the memory of a coincidence of reloading+enemy happening to spawn at the same time more strongly because it is more annoying because you have no bullets. When spawns happen at any other time its less annoying so you don't remember it as vividly. This skit is a play on that idea, but not that this idea is literally true.
@@stevenw2933I wouldn't be suprised if there are certain games that do infact spawn enemies in just as you reload, I don't know of any that actually do this and I wasn't trying to say I have experienced it before.
I mean certainly there were times were I reloaded and then an enemy just happened to come around a corner but it's not far fetched to say some games might do this under certain circumstances.

Ya know, a lot of Hoots stuff would fit nicely in SCP. Black Magic magazines, respawn points, and experimental weaponry all fits right in.
That's a very nice SCP concept, mob farming taken seriously, a good bit of dark comedy too.

Can’t imagine what that respawning soldier is going through
it could be a player that is getting spawn killed and it’s just going through anger
or it could be a real soldier who is cursed to respawn and these other soldiers are just abusing his curse
and he’s just going through his own personal hell loop of constantly being killed for ammo and weapons.
Actually a ton more valuable, since we already know how to make guns and ammo… If they a bit more careful with how they zap the guy you also have infinite kidneys, hearts, blood transfusions, etc. for at least one kinda blood type too…
I'm surprised they didn't try to interview any of them just went straight to xp grinding and item farming

My day is always uplifted when I see a fresh video from HOOT come out.
in some places of the word, meat prices would plummet. usually in less developed areas. and whenever laboratories tried to analyse the meat, some "accident" would occur and leave the lab burned down and only ashes remained

In Dishonored and Styx: Master of Shadows, you can have xray/heat vision. This means that 99% of the games have no random enemies spawning. BUT the very few times it happens, you can see exactly what action you do triggers it

Ngl, I think Hoot got inspiration from SCP:CB, Specifficaly D-9341 (Main Protagonist). As D-9341 does have Anomalous properties, That being the abilty to Save and Load saves, Aka respawning. That is also a real thing in the lore of SCP:CB at the Gate A Ending.
This is surprising accurate to how discovering a infinite duplication glitch IRL would go.

There is one SCP in a ru segment, that got a similar fate. Its an "immortal" racoon, that had an ability to materialize another copy of itself inside of his body each time old one died. So they made him an infinite source of meat and fur (its an scp-1406-ru, if someone wants to search it)
