Thank you so much Doctor. This really helps. In my consultation with you, you mentioned that I am a vata kapha person. Now I am very eager to find out what is my son's prakriti. One ques - does the child have the same prakriti as one of the parents or some combination or it cannot be determined like that? I realize the importance of routines in life now with your program. As vata - kapha, I do get bored of routines but this is a huge motivation. I come from a background where every sneeze or cough would result in taking sinarest and paracetamol. My parents are quite dedicated to modern medical science. But now realizing that modern medical science simply doesn't have answer to my hypothyroidism and unexplained weight gain, hormonal imbalances - I am trying to adapt to ayurveda and all this is very new to me. Thanks for this knowledge. I am currently on the 3 month program with your team, looking forward to doing more courses with you to understand my body better.

The introductory part of this video is high on secularism. Ayurveda has its roots in pancha-mahabhootas. Only Sanatan Dharma has this theory of pancha-mahabhootas. So, Ayurveda is one of the embodiment of Sanatan Dharma only, much like Yog. Both Yog and Ayurveda are sister sciences.
If this is a description of ayurveda, it confirms my guess that ayurveda is not based on science. I was looking for the description of the science of ayurveda.
