Lol I actually did all the exterior stone work on this house with a company called RJ masonry. We left this project about 6 month ago i cant believe the whole house turned out so well. That initial court yard that he showed with the copper wall and garage, during construction there was a 100 ft crane it it and most of the material had to be craned around the sight because the house has a huge drop off on one side and some of the interior stone and other things were so big they had to be craned and have the house built around them. This video doesn't due the house justice, it is MASSIVE my first day I actually got lost in it for about 10 min because its so big. Shout out to everyone who worked on the interior it turned out amazing.
Really try to never fall in love with a house but this one just got me. Absolutely gorgeous. Breathtaking views. I was picturing my kids I don’t even have there. Great work!
I use to be a chef for a while before I got burnet out however I never get sick of cooking at home. That $90k mis section is beyond worth every penny!! I could never ever feel the need to go out again !! I can cook absolutely anything I want on there !! Absolutely amazing and love the color !!

One of my favorite homes I've ever seen in US real estate. Cozy, modern, unique, and amazing amenities & land. I've always wanted to own a mountain home. They're so beautiful
As someone who actually LIVES IN Summit County, these warehouse sized homes located on mountainsides off long winding roads are rarely if ever occupied. The various government agencies love them because they raise everyone's taxes, and create consumption based growth, which is subject to boom and bust cycles. If the people who own these houses were to vanish tomorrow, no one would notice.
Mike I agree that many folk like to use those houses as store of value investments . Anyone building in the last few years kinda got smoked cause they came out so much above budget
@@bobufo5729 What concerns me the most are the economics of not only these homes, but a slew of things that don't really add up. Like the "crypto-blockchain" thing (I told people several months ago, but who was I to question self proclaimed billionaires), real estate development like that ridiculous palm tree development surrounded by stagnant water, and so on that really don't seem to be serving any other need other than consumption and the resulting growth. The whole saga of Tony Hse living in Park City is really quite bizarre, with with security and press behaving like weirdos as the rest of us go about living here. Not surprised his family just liquidated almost everything.
@@mikehays3390 didn’t know that dude lived there and owned all that . I would Chalk it up to him being mega wealthy and eccentric. He lived in a trailer park . His death was sad and I don’t believe he was mentally sound . If I remember right he was cracking whippets all day towards the end. Park city is a beautiful city. I always thought some of those art gallery’s on Main Street seemed a little ridiculous as a non wealthy person . Art in general is a very interesting subject relating to store of value investments . Fishy stuff goes on where rich guys have it created or Buy it then sell it around to there buddies to create artificial value and that sort of thing. There is some good videos about it.
The amount of detail specific to Utah is really cool. The honey comb light feature in the living room, the copper, the lime stone. Its all really beautiful.
Many Americans when they hear about Utah, what comes to mind is Mormons. They don't know much about Park City, where billionaires live. Similar to Jackson Hole, WY.
This is probably my favorite of all the tours so far. The kitchen is off the charts in design elements. What more could we expect from the Italians. I'm convinced Enes and Mikey and the team have set 'best practise' in tours with the technical quality, editing and signature style. We make a point of sitting down to dinner on Mondays and watching the latest episode from the team. It's our 'go to' dinner entertainment. Kudos and thank you for your inspiring content.
I like that you mentioned the home automation system. As a low voltage project engineer it always interests me to know what kind of systems these houses are running, and they are very seldom delved into or even mentioned in these kinds of tours. We tend to lean towards Elan and Control4 ourselves, but Savant is a great system as well. The amount of time and effort that goes into programming these automation and panelized lighting systems is absolutely astounding, and on this scale i can just imagine the programmer losing his mind trying to get it all to work perfectly. Enes you should come to Naples, Florida if you havent already. There are certainly some homes here that belong on your channel. I just did a quote for a guy who'se building an entire Go-Cart Track and Lazy River in the backyard of his estate lol
@@coolhwip6638 I do landscape lights in Utah and I think that smart home stuff is awesome . It’s what many electrician guys should be learning about. @@bru1015 new build, there was a part when touring the bar/entertaining area they make comment that the build was only 98% done, just waiting for the snow to melt.
It looks pretty dope, how much is 1 panel worth? Also someone knocked the edging on the bit that over hangs the outdoor pool area and left a hole in the corner. *shakes fist!
Why copper? Why didn't you use brass? And those terrible electric fireplaces are awful. Why is that? And what is a house made of? Is it brick? From the outside it's beautiful but inside the furniture and equipment is quite tasteless. And that onyx - what is it? Onyx is semi-translucent and when used with light it is beautiful. Unfortunately the damage to the material in this case. And those artificial fires in front of the house are also tasteless. I know you're not to blame, but I won't write two posts so I write it all together. You don't know windows and glass walls are made of what? What material for the frames and are at least double glazing? And the glass roof is somehow heated so that there is no snow on it? And what kind of glass (or artificial material) does it crack under the weight of snow?
For the size of the house, it really does feel like a home. Exactly as you said - perfect for a couple coming up for the weekend, but also perfect for a large group to enjoy. Normally, the large houses feel like a hotel, but this does not. The details are amazing, and I love the almost Dr.Seussesque custom furniture and light fixtures.
Another thing that isn’t really hit on in this property that I love is every space is decorated so well you don’t have the feeling of a huge empty building. Everything makes me feel like I’m tucked in and supposed to be right there. So many mansion type places miss this. It’s also decorated luxuriously but doesn’t take away from the natural beauty
15:40 - so let me get this str8. They built this entire estate, and dudes in a workshop somewhere are still trying to piece together a billiards table? 💀
Some lasting materials but not comfortable looking at all to most people. Example: onyx I think it is-- is a far better choice than marble, yet same look. Cold-looking like libraries, shopping malls, court buildings etc. I just don't get it. Sheltering money, best investment for profit, what ? Who has this many friends & relatives? Has to be for employees. I understand giving is required for receiving & there is no ceiling to receiving but who would want to live here -- nothing is ergonomically correct. So many corners, square looks, no gorgeous round beds etc.
Exactly. This mansion doesn’t feel too huge on the inside unlike other mansions. The roof isn’t 50 feet high and shit which I like a lot about this place.
Stunning house and property. I am obsessed with the kitchen. One of my favourite kitchens on this (and any) channel. That stove appliance thingy. Oof. Sensational. Probably the most beautiful mountain home I have seen so far. And this is coming from someone who hates the snow. I'd love to cozy up in this house while everyone else goes skiing. Love love love the observation deck. I'd light up a fire, grab a book and a blanket, and then just live my best life up there. Hats off to everyone involved in creating this place. It is spectacular.
I've watched almost every tour you've done on this channel. This is the first house that I would instantly buy if I had the means. It feels like a home, not a museum. Thank you for showing us!
@21:41 Why do they have a toilet in the shower stall, are you suppose to have the warm water hitting your face, helping you relax while your pooping? for real you can clearly see the toilet controls right below the shelf for the shower so clearly you are suppose to shower and use the toilet at the same time?
@@pillitterin It's basically a wet room. These are common in asian countries where the entire bathroom, tub/shower, toilet, sink are designed to get completely wet. Think of it as a tiled shower big enough to have a toilet and sink built into it and that's your wet room. Hey, when you have that kind of money and imagination, why not?!?!?
It's a wonderfully vast and designed and constructed home. The fireplaces (fire pits) and that observation tower were my favorites. There were many cozy spaces. That one last winter location captured with the beautiful snow-covered mountains was so worth it. Enes and Mikey in Utah a marvelous, picturesque home tour!
I've seen a lot of incredible custom homes but this is by far the most impressive of the mountain homes shown on UA-cam or elsewhere. The architecture, interior design, choice and diversity of finishes, custom fabrication and layout are beyond amazing. Congratulations to the team who put this all together and for Enes showcasing it on a level that's top notch! Favorite element is that multi-stone inlayed flooring in the entry....super cool!

@BELIEVE in JESUS "From us alone, they say, come all their miseries, yes, but they themselves, with their own reckless ways, compound their pains beyond their proper share." -Zeus in The Odyssey. (Another fictional tale)
This gigantic pile of poop is a disgusting waste of space and money. It's NOT timeless inside and will need a complete refresh in 10 to 20 years. And will someone please explain why you would have 7 bedrooms with ELEVEN bathrooms? I could be the richest person on earth, and this would never be on my list

Every video is so well made, and I love how genuine and grateful you guys are for the privilege to do what you do. Keep it up! @@EnesYilmazerdo you ever view properties that you personally don’t love but have to keep your personal opinions to yourself? i didn’t love this one, the bowling alley was cool but the house felt stark, overwhelmingly large and quite cold. there’s no way this is a private residence, it’s set up as a mini resort. the views were stunning - why does every single room need a tv? just look out the window and enjoy the damn view!!
That strange tower looks like a guard tower. Combined with the square shape of the main building, it gives the impression of a state penitentiary when viewed from a distance and at a slight elevation.
out of all the house tours i watched on this channel this house is the first one that looks like it was actually designed to be living there and have a good time. Most of the others are just show off pieces or party locations but in this one i could actually imagine feeling comfortable
I was noticing the level of craftsmanship. There are many beautiful details in this house, with its inlaid wood and stone, in addition to the copper. But it seems to be designed more for a vacation rental for multiple families rather than a family home. And the “guest quarters” are designed for staff, with its elevator access to the master suite. Its’s a mish mash. More like a hotel than a family home, unless you had multiple kids, and entertained constantly.
the copper, the LIGHTING, those floors, that marble AND THAT KITCHEN ahhhhhhhh! this home is art and design personified-and yet still cozy af. what a glorious home
I think the copper looks really good but the only thing that I can see the problem is that it starts to fade to Green as it gets older it would be have to be constant maintained to have that copper and keep it in this good pristine condition.
I love the floorplan of this home. Some larger homes seem to be mazes and you could walk for miles or get lost. For me the coziness of this home is with the fireplaces (fire elements) in so many rooms. I love all the windows for me personally I would need shades or curtains on the bedroom to sleep. I love that you stay to show the homes at night time. Often making them look more spectacular.
STUNNING HOUSE! My family (children and grandchildren) live in the High Tatra in Slovakia and are expert skiers and snowboarders. I could just imagine them being blown away by this mansion and the access to the ski slopes. It would be something to be remembered.
First : They continue to create amazing videos, the cinematography, the technical quality, the script, the detail etc are outstanding. The house: I am amazed by the material use. Cooper, steel, warm woods, leather, glass, stones of different colors: extraordinary!

As a plumber I’ve worked in Summit and Wasatch counties for a few years, I’ve worked in Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye, Kings Crown, etc. I was never on the crew that went to the colonies because we were always so busy with other houses and projects but I’ve always wanted to see what it is all about. That little sneak peak was truly awesome, like a dream.
This is up there with one of the best tours you guys have done. The materials used in making this home are beyond amazing. From the copper to all the different stones to different applications of wood. Just amazing. And the main kitchen..OMG. The Marrone stole my heart :D I personally didn't like the blue..Wish they had kept the copper theme with it. Blue is just not my color overall but how amazing is this home. Without the lower level ..with a sauna added it would be my top 3 home pick from your videos. I'm getting so many good ideas to build a home.
That is the nicest house I've ever seen. Nothing can compare to it. The design, details, custom pieces, appliances, location, vibes. They thought everything through. I would not leave this property. Just wow.
@@gattonpc I actually saw a lot of houses through similar videos, it’s just my preference. For a chalet in a ski resort, it’s the nicest thing I could imagine having. Way more beautiful than a show off LA house at 70-100M, but that’s just me.

Why doesn't the Kitchen have upper cabinets, they chose open shelves but shelves are not as impressive as cabinets and they don't keep your dishes clean and protected from dust so you end up having to re-wash each dish before using it.
You definitely stand out among many other property channels in UA-cam with your attention to detail and genuine style. Keep it up Enes, you are doing a great job!

I especially loved that you opened up everything in the kitchen, makes it feel even more liveable :) thanks Enes, Mikey & team
Amazing home, great tour, loved the fire on both sides on entrance , drop down and pop up tvs, big tv in kitchen, game room tv, stainless steel pool, salt block wall, copper clad walls as well as the shaded tiles light to dark. Skis on ceiling was kool as well as dog door and area. The Kitchen piece by Marrone was awesome. Love the Delos . The only thing I noticed was the pool it doesnt seem too secure, two piece one seems someone could come from the outside and get in by pool outside and come to the inner house easily just thought
I thought that as well about the pool. However if you look closely the entire inner pool area is actually segregated with the same external glass used in the rest of the house, with what looked like at least one, possibly two, secure doors to access the rest of the house. Technically that's an indoor pool area, but in practice it's external as soon as the door(s) are closed from what I could see......and yes I've watched this tour multiple times as I absolutely love this house :)

Due to the elevation here yes. I live in Utah but lower down in the valley but there are times when visiting Park City in the fall or spring that there is still snow.
Thank you Enes and Mikey for allowing me to feel so insignificant and broke. Every time I watch your videos I understand what a underachiever I really am!!!
This home is absolutely gorgeous, the design and the location makes it look like a fairytale, the snow is a cherry on top, I always thought snowy places are dreamy and there is something about them since all the calm and tranquility are the icing on the cake and this home just makes a cherry to top it off, Snow filled places are fantasies, the world feels so unreal!!
One of my favorite things about growing up and living in snowy places (Colorado and Utah) is the way it sounds outside when it is snowing. Snow deadens sound so the world feels close and cozy around you... dressed up warm. Snow on the ground makes a distinctive crunch under each footstep. Skiing in a snow storm is also truly a unique experience. Snow also has a beautiful smell, slightly salty and beachy but cold at the same time.
@@mycroft16 Man must be one hell of an experience I wish to spend at least a month staying at such unreal places especially at the night time when it is eerie and at the same time astonishing and makes you question reality

It's incredibly cool how much of it is specific to Utah. The lime stone, copper, and honeycomb light fixture in the living room. Everything is extremely stunning.
I'm in love with that massive couch!! I love homes like this that embrace extravagance and don't shy away from self awareness. It's a 42 million dollar home...it shouldn't be a zen mode home, it should be an insanely cool and unique environment.
That couch was my favorite as well. Especially as it's the theater room also. Which means it's just a giant, lounge, sit, lay wherever you want and watch the movie. It's fun. It's funky. It asks you to relax and let go of the pretention and just live a fun life.
Another amazing home. I have been watching you guys since the beginning. You were great then and even better now. No one comes close to the work you guys do in my opinion. Another stunning home. This is incredibly freaky, I work at a plant store just outside of Park City and installed/delivered over 20 different plants and orchid arrangements to this property just 2-3 weeks ago. However all of the furniture was covered in plastic and there were cameras all over the place, so seems like they're getting ready to show this to potential buyers! Was also stuck at the gate entrance to this neighborhood for like 30 minutes because I wasnt given a gate code or contact to contact. Wonderful video though its seriously so weird seeing you walk where I have walked before. Side note, there is also a ski lift just a few feet away from the house, giving you easy access to all of the Park City and Canyons resort!
I’m curious. I assume you’ve been in a number of wealthy houses here. Obviously, these people are beyond rich but what type of people live in these houses? Are they friendly, down-to-earth? Or do they look right through you, as if you do not exist? Thanks.
That side door from the driveway to the Primary Suite closet was a brilliant idea. No schlepping luggage through the house! Beautifully made video of a beautiful home!

I just happened to be reading about this home a few weeks ago and saw the listing for it - and now you did a tour of it! Absolutely amazing house, I really love this one. This one though is completely my style and taste and absolutely remarkable. Great video and so glad you did a tour of this one.

My brothers did masonry 20 years ago in San Diego- how did you do the copper on that wall? Because of them I notice masonry work now : )
@Wylder Smith. It would probably spoil the looks to have you are here maps, but you got to admit they would be useful.

One of my favorite homes I've ever seen in US real estate. Cozy, modern, unique, and amazing amenities & land. I've always wanted to own a mountain home. They're so beautiful
couldn't agree more!
@@le9335 Lol, that's what I was thinking!
@@le9335 WTF ?
Park City Utah is a very expensive “mountain home”. It’s a ski resort home.
The house is beautiful, but I don’t see it being a warm environment for a family,I see it as a rental for movies,Air B & B something of that nature.

Thanks bud!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

And what kind of glass (or artificial material) does it crack under the weight of snow?
well done
For the size of the house, it really does feel like a home. Exactly as you said - perfect for a couple coming up for the weekend, but also perfect for a large group to enjoy. Normally, the large houses feel like a hotel, but this does not. The details are amazing, and I love the almost Dr.Seussesque custom furniture and light fixtures.

I don't believe you, Jen. Gonna need to see that for myself. ;)
So many corners, square looks, no gorgeous round beds etc.
...& I strongly dislike the unpreventable, inescapable ECHO in every room.
It really keeps the home from looking sterile.
That strange tower looks like a guard tower. Combined with the square shape of the main building, it gives the impression of a state penitentiary when viewed from a distance and at a slight elevation.
Yeah, was about to say looked like a russian prison lol

Nah, it looks like a Nazi concentration camp guard tower from the Medal of Honor.
out of all the house tours i watched on this channel this house is the first one that looks like it was actually designed to be living there and have a good time.
Most of the others are just show off pieces or party locations but in this one i could actually imagine feeling comfortable
The observation tower is my favorite thing. I could see myself pacing in circles around the outside of the tower stroking my Gandalf beard..

I thought that as well about the pool. However if you look closely the entire inner pool area is actually segregated with the same external glass used in the rest of the house, with what looked like at least one, possibly two, secure doors to access the rest of the house. That side door from the driveway to the Primary Suite closet was a brilliant idea. No schlepping luggage through the house! Beautifully made video of a beautiful home!
Glad you enjoyed it!
hi carol
Enes you are the Gold Standard for house tours. You and your team are always raising the bar. I applaud your work.
we're honored!
I think fantastic is an understatement. Thanks Enes and Mike, very good house tour. 🇺🇾
All the houses Enes toured were stunning, but this one’s just… ABSOLUTELY EPIC
Can’t express my astonishment enough
love that, thank you!
Well, this is my favorite home on the channel so far. Mainly because of the warm and cozy design. Feels more like home, rather than office or a hotel.
And of course - great tour! Kudos to Enes and Mikey.
glad you like the property!
Nice one gents, this has to be one of the most incredible homes I have ever seen, thank you.
The mountain views are the best part of this home!!!
It is great to see that you guys are doing everything with passion and your own unique style. Never change that. We love you Enes & Mikey. Congrats doing your best to give us a chance to see those awesome properties in such a professional way. Greetings from 🇹🇷❤️
thanks for the positivity! wish the best to you too!
Wauw! The materials used in this house 🤍 i love the wood, the broken white stone, copper accents etc. Most expensive houses are black & white from top to bottom 👎🏻 all these materials make the house feel so warm and comfy 👍🏻
The overhanging edges throughout the exterior look incredible! What a masterpiece.
glad you liked that detail!
Yes, I agree. Enes found a jewel in architecture. In this case it is even modern style.

Just beautiful. I love the warmth of this home and all the details and oh that shower. Great tour!
Thank you so much!
More homes should include an observation tower, absolutely stunning home.
My first thought when I first saw it was "hmmm Gunners turret for the security detail" LOL
@@GarryOzols honestly if you live in Europe and you remember the Cold War era, this looks like an East Berlin watch tower.
@@GarryOzols yes this looks like a house some villains would live in and James Bond would have to infiltrate
I just happened to be reading about this home a few weeks ago and saw the listing for it - and now you did a tour of it! Absolutely amazing house, I really love this one. I live near Park City and have always been fascinated and intrigued by the homes in The Colony, but most of them are just gaudy monstrosities that I actually wouldn't even want to live in if it was gifted to me. This one though is completely my style and taste and absolutely remarkable. Great video and so glad you did a tour of this one.
Maybe it's a sign that you should put an offer for it. 😄
Awesome! Thank you!
I think my favorite parts of these videos are when you are talking and walk in from one area into another, and the way the sound echoes change show that we entered a completely new area. Makes me feel like going from one domain into another haha. I love it.
hi simon
@@lisamichele-yn6tr what's up
Enes, just want to say I’ve fallen in love with you guys & your videos. Doing great work, for real.
Holy cow just watching this video has blown my mind. Never, and I mean NEVER, have I imagined people would live in Utah
😂
LOL!
🤣🤣🤣
2 of the top 10 fastest growing cities in the nation are in Utah. St George, UT is hosting the Iron Man Finals this summer. Lots of growth there and a very competitive housing market.
@@gencrypto I just zillowed st george, every single house is either half a million or over a million dollars. what's the COL out there?? mcdonalds workers getting $25/hr? Those're hawaii prices, wtf I'd rather live in hawaii!
Such a stunning and amazing property!!! Love all the details of the house and the amazing thought and creativity that they've put into it. This is the BEST property tour channel ever :) Enes simply gives the best description of every important details of the property that transports the viewers to feel and experience the character and atmosphere of the space.
Llllllll
you guys are phenomenal…excellent house, excellent tour and beautiful shots
10/10
I love the details and your enthusiasm about the functionality they bring to the space.
This is the most beautiful house I've ever seen. Everything is so well thought out and designed and so many different materials are being used. Literally an art piece. If I had the money I would buy this in a heartbeat based off the detail and craftsmanship alone. It's amazing.
I know, right?
I've seen many ultra expensive houses but this one blew my mind. It's large but it actually feels like home, cozy, modern, lux, has lots of characters. I didn't skip a single sec of this video. Love this gorgeous house! $42 mil wow!
You nailed the most important part of this... it feels like a home. I've seen homes for double this on this channel and others that feel cold and industrial. This feels like a place a family could actually live, have friends over. If I'm dropping $42M, i want that feeling.
This is a stunningly gorgeous and beautiful home. I totally fell in love with it instantly. 😍❤ Enes. How did it feel walking through such an amazing home like this?
chuuthiye
This home is insane. Never saw something like this, and I watched a lot of high end homes videos!!! The detail and custom made items from flooring, to appliances and furniture.. Wow.
