yeah , ever wonder why these rich people are building bunkers all around the world? Why would you want to have 4 bedrooms and dormitories underground like this in this kind of property if it's not the end of the world. THe MF's are preparing something.
@veryslyfox It is, the solar powers the house, the connection to the grid is just a backup. I do agree calling it off grid is a bit silly though since it's connected to the grid lol
@veryslyfox thats why you turn the heated pool and some little other other amenities off, it can run on the solar. about 99% of the house can run on those panels. if you watched the video you would also know it has a 7000 gallon tank underground for you 56kwh propane generator.
This is definitely in the top five most amazing homes I’ve ever seen in my 50 years of life. In fact, right now I can’t think of a home that I think is cooler than this one. Absolutely Astonishing details and amenities. Brilliant technology!
I agree with you, the scenic as well as the architectural aspects are really very impressive, a self-sufficient life in the middle of nature. I love it.

This. House. Is. Amazing! The fact that it is so solidly built, it comes with all of that land for future builds or to be left alone, your own pond and stream, is off the grid WITH water rights so you don't have to worry about it in the future - is just amazing. In addition, as you said the view will not change since it is a national forest. This is one house I wish I had the money to buy. Instead, I hope whoever does buy it and their family enjoys this home for generations to come.

Enes, Mikey, you have achieved the impossible with me, I never thought anyone could change my mind about log cabins in the middle of nowhere no matter how beautiful ( by 'nowhere' I mean not being able to look out the windows and see other houses) You absolutely changed my mind with this house, it is Stunning! Mikey, even though you didn't think so, your video shows the serenity of the place, outside and inside is captivating!

I just have to say, for the majority of the population who will never have the means to even consider such an amazing purchase, I do appreciate that you are sharing these videos for us the get a glimpse. Love your videos.
This is genuinely one of the most beautiful houses I've seen ever. I usually dont believe in the stupid price points on some of these homes but the 25m price tag on this one is completely understandable. If I had that kind of money this would be the first house I goto
This house is truly amazing, it has a great warm rustic feeling. Very unique, unlike a lot of the other houses you explore it actually is quite practical. As always great cinematic shots
Enes, I cannot believe this but this is the 2nd home in Utah you have visited that I have worked on! The plant store I work at did all of the arrangements and plants there! I did not personally go here, but I definitely recognize making several of those floral arrangements. Wonderful video and always love seeing Utah content
Definitely one of my top 5 homes that Enes has shown. I love this style of house and the fact it's off-grid makes it even better. As always, top marks for the videography and editing.
This house is the most beautiful thing you showed to us in a long time. So much more character than all these ultra modern cold mansions we get to see usually. Love it!
Estates like this are so much better than those disgusting apartments that just have gold inlayed on everything and marble everywhere. I love this one because each space has a purpose, the guest house being your utility building/entertainment, the living quarters, the kitchen is all together with the dining areas, and there's no real 'wasted' space i feel like.
Easily one of my favorite properties you have done! Just an absolute dream!!! The wood, the stone, the layout and the backdrop...wow! Screening room next to hot tub was super unique!! But the mine shaft passageway was so fun! Just breathtaking!
This house gotta be my favorite of this channel so far, I absolutely love the underground section of the property! Fun fact: if you're able to find this house on Google Maps, you can see what they did with the final landscaping of the garden.
Enes, I love how calm your house tours are. When you do show excitement you can tell it's genuine and you're not just trying to jazz things up for the sake of attention. Other realtors doing house tours on UA-cam could take a page from your book.
I agree, I appreciate and love how Enes is prepared with all aspects of every property he tours. He’s knowledgeable, articulate, relaxing to watch and listen, his tours offer a gentle inviting flow. Dead right other realtors could take a page from his book. They are overtly excited, disorientated most times, lack history and background knowledge, miss identifying landmark features, and over talk. Enes and Mikey are easy to follow, understand and comfortable tour hosts plus their editing is off the charts perfection. I find it a pleasure to watch every tour they do, but this property really resonates with my soul I keep returning to it after watching sterile modern properties that are amazing but lack the grounding and connection this home embodies. It calls you in its maternal embrace
I have loved every single house you’ve done but THIS ONE is my favourite! All i can think of is being in there around Christmas time. Absolutely stunning
Well, this is by far the most amazing tour that you'we done. I mean, every single detail on this properity is just amazing, I'm without the words. Thank you so much for sharing that with us.
Gorgeous cabin mansion that's self sustaining electricity/water. Safe room, secret tunnel, movie room with a hot tub and plenty of land under your sole control. Wow. I would make the underground guest suite into my master bedroom tbh, it feels much more secure and cozy than the other master bedrooms. Also nice to be near the safe room in case of emergencies. I really gotta get my money up so I can afford a place like this, my breath was taken.
Enes, I’ve been watching and learning from you for a while now since before you had 500k subscribers. I’m an agent myself and to see your success has been amazing. Big respect to you and Mikey, creating this social media channel that has become the best real estate social media account to date. Amazing, amazing home! And incredible video! No one does these videos like Enes Yilmazer!!! This guy is simply the best. Informative, relaxing, just does it perfectly!!
This is by far my favorite property I love the massive amount of land and the views are just stunning. I love how not every home has to have millions of dollars crammed into less then a acre of land in California, Utah is such a beautiful state and then add in the 49+ acres that this home has and BAM! you now have my dream estate. Thank you so much for your amazing walk through of such a beautiful property I hope you can tour a few more houses in states like Utah where you just have all the room in the world I love how diverse and different these houses are compared to the modern style of California and New York where I live.
Same. I don't like the log cabin look at all, nor Utah. But this is one of the only large scale homes I've seen yet that actually don't look like A Facility, or A Corporate Office.
This house looks absolutely amazing. I found it on Zillow, and it has a $2,520 annual HOA fee. Obviously if i’m spending $26 mil on a house $2.5k is pocket change, however there is ZERO chance I would be a part of any HOA, in that price range, especially if I have 49 acres to myself. That would absolutely be addressed by my lawyers before I signed any purchase paperwork
Can you imagine that HOA though... constantly bitching at you about trees growing on your boundary, stones, just looking for ANYTHING to hassle you about. Half of them survivalist types who ironically hate your off-the-grid system because it's solar not diesel or propane (even though it has propane), and every time some asshole takes his snowmobile out on the lake/wetland and gouges up some nature, you'll be the first person they accuse.... maybe I have issues...
I appreciate your thorough tours throughout the homes and showing what the property looks like during the day and at night. This home seems like such a peaceful retreat!
The fact that its almost perfect for any disaster is amazing. With the land you can be fully sustainable if you have some tools and seeds. And in extreme weather the fact that the guest house and main house are connected under ground is superb.
I live in Utah and this is by far my most favorite home I’ve ever seen - hands down. One thing they didn’t mention is the close proximity to Park City and Deer Valley where there is world class skiing. Additional, this home is just outside of Heber City which has one of the best private airports around. 15-20 minutes away max.
That family room… I want nothing more than to live there with hot cocoa and a book, snuggled up in my sweater while it’s snowing outside, during Christmas with my family. Amazing, Enes, best house you’ve ever done!
Nice house but I just can't help admire two things. First, how seamlessly these two work together, and two, the videography. Just a beautiful job. Well done, Mikey!
I’m 3 minutes in and I’m about to be building an off grid home- only 1500 sqft because even though we have 40 acres we don’t need that much house- but omg the amount of planning that had to go into this outside of the gorgeous designs is actually really impressive. I’m seeing a comment that some of the designs look not so great but regardless, this is a really awesome project that probably took WAYYYY more time than you’d think. So cool already!
When i grow up i wanna be an architect so finding your channel is probably one of the best things to ever happen to me I never really liked houses which had a lot of wood because i thought they were to dark but this one changed my perspective on houses like this one
Be sure you put in at least 6 years in the field, I'm a contractor and architects that have no field experience don't understand the basics of framing. It will make you a very saut after architect. I have changed every print I have ever built from. Good luck 👍
When I think of off grid, I always imagine something like a treehouse. Was I wrong!! This is such a beautiful piece of architectural design. Everything about it is so masterfully crafted. I have never seen a home quite like this one. Such an enjoyable tour and the camerawork is once again perfect. Great tour once again. Thanks to you both, :o)
These days, independent power generation is entirely possible, and without sacrificing all that much. It doesn't have to be this luxurious; but a standard 4BR tract home type can easily be self-sustaining provided you have a couple acres of land to play with. For, of course, far less than $25M. One of the things one must think about - this location is a perfect example - is what to do in the winter when everything is snowed in; a decent amount of LN gas storage and careful power management can get you through until spring. The biggest factor really is water - which again, this place has in abundance, although there are many places in the US one can do their own well with relative ease.
Oh good Lord! You had me at no neighbors. Immaculate views, amenities for days, the 2 million acres playground🥹 man!!! Very gorgeous home. Thank you. Happy holidays 👋
Thank you Enes, Mike, and the team behind the scenes for the incredible amount of effort that is needed for making your quality presentations. Y'all make it seem so easy and fluid, but it's obvious that a whole lot of work is involved. As most that enjoy your work, I will never be able to even think about buying or living in any of the beautiful homes that you feature, but enjoy seeing how those that can, do. Really hope that you are making some good money from all your work so that i, and many like me, can continue to take these wonderful trips together with you. I, we, look forward to your new ventures every week so that we can imagine, what if.... Thanks again Enes! Really appreciate you and your team!
I think I've watched this video probably 50 times and will continue to watch it. You've captured this property in a very inspiring way and it's on my virtual motivational board. I've got the laws of attraction going in full blast. Imagine living in a secluded, self sustaining property, with scenic views every where you look. Being the prankster I am, I'd guide guests to the guest house through the underground tunnel, with the lights off but with a real torch, Game of Thrones style. "Your quarters are at the end of the is hallway." LOL! If you ever revisit this property if it's still on, or goes back on the market, please do it in winter or fall. I would love to see what the property and surrounding area looks like during those times of the year.
Amazing mountain estate done brilliantly by Enes! Favorite parts....large floor to ceiling windows and natural light. Incredible interior design choices with the finishes, textures and fixtures....all of it was top notch! Fitting the structure and design to the setting was impeccable. Connecting tunnel, guest house deck views are super unique and picturesque. Gorgeous natural stone throughout and pavers surrounding keep it natural and blended into the surroundings. Least favorite parts.....understand the desire to continue the history of the original cabin but at this price it wasn't worth the sacrifice of the low ceilings, darker areas and overall tight feeling of the kitchen area and those few bedrooms. Those areas seemed even less than 8'tall in parts. Log construction creates some challenges but there has to be a better way to hide those mini-split systems behind a header or recessed into the wall somehow. Seeing a gorgeous room with high level finishes and a plastic white split box slapped on the wall sticks out like a sore thumb. No outdoor pool? Super job by the developer and builder on this. I think most people would rather have this home, these views and on 40 acres, than the same price for a white and glass box jammed into the foothills of LA, with a smoggy view of the city somewhere in the distance and a style that looks like any other there.
Dang it Enes! I've been watching your videos since a year now and I still have the same excitement with every new video as I had in the first one.. Really great job by you and all your team! Keep going Love from India 💖💖

At last you are showing a warm home. I like the fact that it's all done in neutral tones as not to compete for your attention with the outdoors.

This mansion located in the forest is not only cool, but also has an environmental protection concept!
The green energy it uses is the most perfect I have ever seen!

The solar power and helipad is a great feature. That guest home is enormous too. The wayer filtration system is amazing.
One of the BEST homes you guys have ever toured. AMAZING
glad you like the house!
This is genuinely one of the most beautiful houses I've seen ever. I usually dont believe in the stupid price points on some of these homes but the 25m price tag on this one is completely understandable. If I had that kind of money this would be the first house I goto
happy to hear that! keep working hard!
Yeah 25 mil to have a $1500 split air con slapped on the wall 😂
buy a ton of XRP...
@@lukeneill1568 shit killed me too. It made the guest rooms feel like cheap ass cabin rental rooms.
@@officialcurtis hey c'mon, $1500 is a lot for an air con
The fact that every walkthrough is done as though its the only house you've ever filmed with the amount of details is just amazing
I try my best, thanks!
Every once in a while this tour pops up in my recommended videos and i watch it ever time, imagining how serene it would be to live here
This house is truly amazing, it has a great warm rustic feeling. Very unique, unlike a lot of the other houses you explore it actually is quite practical. As always great cinematic shots
thank you for the kind words!
Enes, I cannot believe this but this is the 2nd home in Utah you have visited that I have worked on! The plant store I work at did all of the arrangements and plants there! I did not personally go here, but I definitely recognize making several of those floral arrangements. Wonderful video and always love seeing Utah content
oh cool! thanks for sharing that with us!
I never noticed one floral arrangement actually. Sorry.
Definitely one of my top 5 homes that Enes has shown. I love this style of house and the fact it's off-grid makes it even better. As always, top marks for the videography and editing.
thanks for the support!
Little too off grid for my tastes. But beautiful nonetheless
Utah is such a beautiful state 🤷♂️❤️
This house is THE ONE I've been looking for.
This house is the most beautiful thing you showed to us in a long time. So much more character than all these ultra modern cold mansions we get to see usually. Love it!
I agree!
Yet I would plant way more trees and shrubs etc. Now the house(s) look a bit more to what I would want, but the surrounding is looking too artificial

Stunning Perfection. The fact that it is self-sustaining makes it all the more appealing.

Enes, I love how calm your house tours are. When you do show excitement you can tell it's genuine and you're not just trying to jazz things up for the sake of attention. Other realtors doing house tours on UA-cam could take a page from your book.
Yeah he just has the homes speak for themselves
Great idea!!

Less is more❣
This is the first log cabin home I actually LOVED. It is absolutely beautiful.
Same. I don't like the log cabin look at all, nor Utah. But this is one of the only large scale homes I've seen yet that actually don't look like A Facility, or A Corporate Office.
it really is!
Absolute stunning home, especially like the underground passageway to the guest house.
Same, it's a fun sneaky way to get to the guest house lol.
it does make it special
That's without question one of the msot impressive homes I've ever seen.
Right??! How dare of own a 26mill house and still have to listen to somebody else about what my house and land looks like?
For real
HOA? On 49 acres up against a state park? Yeah no way.
HOA means it's not as secluded as advertised
Can you imagine that HOA though... constantly bitching at you about trees growing on your boundary, stones, just looking for ANYTHING to hassle you about. Half of them survivalist types who ironically hate your off-the-grid system because it's solar not diesel or propane (even though it has propane), and every time some asshole takes his snowmobile out on the lake/wetland and gouges up some nature, you'll be the first person they accuse.... maybe I have issues...
I love everything about this home, especially the original log home. The original owners attention to detail is amazing.
Glad you like it!
I'm just imagining all the Christmas decorations I could put up in this place 💜
I love the log cabin style. This place is fully equipped for an apocalypse. ❤
Glad you like the property!
I appreciate your thorough tours throughout the homes and showing what the property looks like during the day and at night. This home seems like such a peaceful retreat!

ua-cam.com/video/2wHnd8R3CuQ/v-deo.html
The fact that its almost perfect for any disaster is amazing. With the land you can be fully sustainable if you have some tools and seeds. And in extreme weather the fact that the guest house and main house are connected under ground is superb.
Besides a Bushfire which will wipe the house back to dirt
well said!
Yes it’s great, when the end times starts we can go take it for free 😂
@@BullsMilk6754 I was thinking the same thing, a fire would wipe out this almost fully wooden property.
@quanchi for 800k I would definitely install a better air conditioning system than a cheap split in each room
The way you photograph the house is amazing and the house is also beautiful... I was waiting for this video.. Continue your creativity

I live in Utah and this is by far my most favorite home I’ve ever seen - hands down. One thing they didn’t mention is the close proximity to Park City and Deer Valley where there is world class skiing. Additional, this home is just outside of Heber City which has one of the best private airports around. 15-20 minutes away max.
i just watched about 20 of your home tours the most expensive and this one is my absolute favourite
Well done, Mikey!
ua-cam.com/video/2wHnd8R3CuQ/v-deo.html
I’m 3 minutes in and I’m about to be building an off grid home- only 1500 sqft because even though we have 40 acres we don’t need that much house- but omg the amount of planning that had to go into this outside of the gorgeous designs is actually really impressive. I’m seeing a comment that some of the designs look not so great but regardless, this is a really awesome project that probably took WAYYYY more time than you’d think. So cool already!
There wasn't one thing that I didn't LOVE about this home. Truly magnificent.💜💜💜

Thank you very much!
it’s on the city grid tho
These days, independent power generation is entirely possible, and without sacrificing all that much. It doesn't have to be this luxurious; but a standard 4BR tract home type can easily be self-sustaining provided you have a couple acres of land to play with. For, of course, far less than $25M. One of the things one must think about - this location is a perfect example - is what to do in the winter when everything is snowed in; a decent amount of LN gas storage and careful power management can get you through until spring. The biggest factor really is water - which again, this place has in abundance, although there are many places in the US one can do their own well with relative ease.
Its not off grid tho
You see many of these types of design in western USA and Canada.
Oh good Lord! You had me at no neighbors. Immaculate views, amenities for days, the 2 million acres playground🥹 man!!! Very gorgeous home.

What a bussy
