So many of you guys have been asking for more short-form content of our tours so we wanted to let all of you know that we have an Enes Clips channel that features ALL of our favorite parts of the homes, behind the scenes and BLOOPER REELS! I can 100% confirm that what Enes says around 5:40 is true! We moved to Colorado a couple of years ago, and I've never been so active outdoors in my entire life. Hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, the list goes on. There are different sports you can do year round and it's incredible. Hard to live in a place like this and not want to go outside!
Well there's that... and basic thermodynamics. More activity produces more heat. Higher air temperatures makes it harder to exchange that heat. So colder/cooler places allow you to expend more energy without getting too hot. This obviously gets screwed up if you don't know how to dress properly for the weather, and put on too many layers for the activity you'll be engaged in or layers that can't be adjusted on the go very easily. But yeah, the snow calls for you to be active, and it comes down to the direct physics of it.
I've been watching you for a while and I noticed that you actually do seem a lot more enthusiastic in those Colorado style homes out in the country, with lots of nature around, trees, ... it's nice to see! thanks for touring this property for us!
Enes, you absolutely do the best home tours. I’ve watched other UA-camrs trying to do tours, but none compare to the quality and eloquence that you put into each one. You truly are a master at this.
This house is nothing less then amazing, perfect really. One thing I really appreciate is how Enes presents these homes. Well informed, and with incredible enthusiasm. I hope some day to tour this house.
This is definitely on the list of my favorite homes you have ever shown . Love the pre mud room that goes into the mud room . Excellent choice in ditching the suit .
I love all the stone. It gives a feeling of warmth yet it would also be cooling in the heat of Colorado summers. The face of the bar island reminds me of an old sea chest. Really unique looking. All those windows are just beautiful. There's so much beauty outside. I'd like to see this place in the fall. I like these mountain home tours you do.
I love these mountain homes in the winter. There is something super cozy and relaxing about being surrounded by snow and trees while you are warm inside. But, a lot of people would prefer it in the summertime. Let me know which one you prefer, summer or winter?
Enes Plus; I’m a summer type person… The flowers blooming in summer are like a beautiful-alive painting…I love rain chains…They lend a tinkling aural ambiance in any light rain…
Been loving the Colorado and Utah tours! They are a nice contrast to the LA home architecture that we have been more accustomed to on your channels. Keep up the awesome work!
At the beginning of the video I was thinking to myself how beautiful this place would look at night and I am SOOOOOOO happy you included the night tour at the end!!!!
Enes, you have mentioned the point, the whole building feels very solid! It's really amazing, it feels like living in a rock, but the equipment is so modern! The tree lights in the courtyard and the outdoor landscape are really beautiful, making me feel as living in a movie! The glass on the roof lets in the light directly, it feels warm day and night, really great! You did a really great job again, thanks a lot for sharing!👍🤩👏🙏
love love love the stone walls in this house - wow - that combined with the steel and glass makes it one of my favorites you have shown - Bravo Enes and Mikey
@@mujiafrica2855 Because it allows the snow to settle rather than slide down as with a curved roof. So the weight of the snow could eventually break the glass.
Absolutely love these mountain homes!!! Some of my favs that you guys do! Loved all the stone and steel so unique. The atrium was my favorite part of the house just a super cool space totally different. And the bunks were so cool! Looked so cozy. Great work fellas!
If you think winter is great (it is), my favorite time in the Vail Valley is in September when the aspen trees change color. That view is probably amazing. That’s probably an American Bison, btw.
Yeah only problem is this isn’t a “rustic” home it’s a manufactured 13million ultra modern built solely to overprice and rip off the buyer that is dumb enough to buy it. Furthest thing from rustic you can get
You should come to Germany and tour some houses here. German luxury real estate is very unknown, even in Germany. No UA-cam channel covers that. There have to be some treasures!
Fabulous home with amazing views. It would be great to see it in summer too with the trees in leaf and again in autumn (fall) as the colours change. All of the seasons would be something special here.
amazing home ! and the amount of light with the glass construction give it tons of natural light and the sunset is stunning and the whole house is bath in it
I was born in Colorado. Still live here. As a whole, Colorado is a great place to live. This property certainly would enjoy peace and quiet. And, I imagine the night skies provide superb star gazing. I am sure the owners of this house realize you are in the middle of nowhere and utterly reliant on your 4X4. And Summit County’s snow removal expertise. Please note the town’s mandatory Real Estate Transfer Tax when submitting your offer to buy. 😏
Welcome back Mikey! Your trademark perfect shots/lighting in EVERY frame are greatly appreciated and are simply irreplaceable! Enes, not a single bad shot in this- NONE. Loved it all…
4:28 I have those same chairs and foot rests in my house only in black leather and darker wood. They are really comfortable. I inherited them from my Grandparents, a testament to their craftsmanship.
It's amazing how Colorado homes can mix the rustic and contemporary decoration with perfection. I have a feeling that, and I might be wrong about it, this fusion makes a timeless home. I love California and Florida - the coast weather is unbeatable; but the rusticity and purity of nature in Colorado are captivating my heart.
We all know Enes and Mike are great guys. The thing that cements the proof of Enes being a class act is...... he pronounces the word foyer correctly. Foy-AY. NOT FOY-err like so many say. Well done Enes!!
Nice house. I don't know anything about snowy areas which is why I don't know how often snow will need to be cleared from those glass ceilings/roofs to have light flowing from it.
This one is a stunner. A few minor things like the queen bunks seemed out of place but would be ideal for kids or anyone really. Beautiful outdoors and the lighting is is phenomenal.

Mountain homes are my absolute favorite. I love the warm and cozy vibe this type of home and landscape inspires.
well said!
I love em too but I’m always concerned if something were to happen to me, how long would it take for someone to get me and take me to a hospital? 😂
@@PlatinumHustle Anyone who can afford a place like this, can probably also afford a helicopter ride to the hospital lol
Please tour more Colorado homes! This mountain house is a beauty.
Thanks! I'll see what I can do!

What about raising a family?
@@robertsaladino I’ll get back to you on that in a few years lol
13m bucks and no pool table. 😮
I love when Enes does tours of homes in states and cities where it’s snow see him a different element 🤍
Thanks, Tiffany!

what a stunning property in the midst of an equally stunning landscape. you never fail to feature the best homes, enes!

our pleasure! glad you like the property!
The mountain cabin is in one word exquisite!!!! Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a tour of a diamond in the snow.....
Thank you!💙
Living in Colorado for 4 years in the late 2010s. I love every minute of it. The small towns, ski areas, mountains and lakes got me all the time.
Easily my favorite snowy home tour. They did an incredible job marrying modern, rustic and industrial here. Unreal.
thank you for the support!

Atrium with a flat glass roof in the Colorado mountains is a bold choice.
Why?
@@mujiafrica2855 snow
Crazzyy
Better be heated glass...
@@mujiafrica2855 Because it allows the snow to settle rather than slide down as with a curved roof. So the weight of the snow could eventually break the glass.
This is really nice with breathtaking views and very private.
It's an emotion to live in these homes specially in winter.
Those “trees” are an Aspen grove. Absolutely beautiful in the fall. Even LA vulgarians would think twice about cutting them down.

Most wealthy Germans don’t flaunt their wealth and usually take many steps to preserve their privacy. Good luck with that.
I feel lol this would be a great airbnb. It looks timeless and has that “Scape from reality” aura that one looks for when on vacation.
There should be photographs of that property in the Fall! With all the golden Aspens.... and also another in the early summer with all the green.
