This is one of the best houses you’ve ever presented - thanks to the architecture, tasteful furnishings, sea views and awesome GARDEN. Forget the cold, boring, square white party houses you’ve done in Bel-Air, THIS is the real thing.

“Cold, boring, square white party houses… in Bel-Air.” I call them Billionaire Disco Boxes. And you’re absolutely right: this house blows them away. Artistically, aesthetically, functionally. In every way. This house is a work of art. And one that happens to look quite comfortable and cozy and wonderful to live in.

Phenomenal property. I love it when houses are designed to bring the feeling of the outside into the home. I've achieved this with my own house. Every time it rains, the leak in the roof allows water to flow freely into the lounge, helping me re-connect with nature.

With full respect for everyone's opion, as this is all subjective, I think this house was ugly and a waste of a beautiful site. The trees are doing all the heavy lifting when it comes to the exterior appeal, as the house itself it just a series of boxes made to accommodate all the gadgets and appliances. The window frames are far too thick and heavy, the main room is too low and that ceiling looks like it came from a sauna. Some of the rooms(talking about you, screening room) have interiors that look like cheap garage conversions and that vile astroturf is not fooling anyone. Just a lack of imagination and no soul.

This is why I enjoy Enes's home tours more than any other home tour youtuber... Enes knows so much about the materials, techniques and design elements used for the homes and can talk about them in a way that the new homeowner can appreciate... Knowing that the fiberglass rods will not rust over time is a detail I think a new homeowner would appreciate.

Am a real estate developer and just had to comment on this house! Amazing and sophisticated design that really caters to what precisely the owners need, it has a soul and a ton of character. In fact, through the tour a profile of the owner sketch itself in my mind, am picturing a well-traveled mature couple that has refined taste and wanted a house that's timeless and understated, also love dogs of course lol. They would entertain with their friends a lot, and their mature child would just occasionally visit.
The house does not stand too grandly from the entrance, it isn't trying to impress the passerby, from the motor-court it could be a 3000 ft house. Step inside, it does not try to awe with 30 ft ceiling or giant 2000 ft living room, because often when something inspire awe it does not give comfort. The house does not come with a cinema or sauna or any of that other stuff that rarely anyone needs and mostly serve as a show-off. It has a two car garage on a 1.5 acre lot, the bedroom is on the ground level, everything is describing an empty-nester.
From various angles, the interior was done in classic mid century style almost to the T ( especially the reading area off the second level staircase, even those pot lights are done in classic mcm style ) and it consistently move from space to space, exterior there are lots of Japanese elements, which again, consistently travel from space to space.
I especially LOVE how they corresponded the exterior material to interior perfectly with a twist. For instance, the exterior wood cladding it's a yellow-ish, and the interior cladding is a darker oak tone, a warmer and comfortable switch. The exterior use board-form concrete while the interior use limestone slab and bricks, again, warmer and comfortable tone. Exterior's black metal covering/flashing corresponded to the silver/brushed brass tone on the interior and etc
This house should win all the awards there are, so much thought were put into it in a subtle and carefully understated way, it just flow so nicely. It gives that comfort feeling, and no wonder the house looked new clearly when they owner have occupied for a few year, because the design is timeless. I think in 50 yrs it will still look absolutely serene and refined as it is today.

It's personalized (dog doors and outdoor area in master) in ways that make sense for the long-term viability of the home - but not in such a way that it is obnoxious. The hardscape/landscaping on the property is SPOT on. The outdoor party/exercise spaces are incredible and would definitely get alot of use. Nothing is wasted and nothing is excessive. The only thing I would do differently is inject more color and more plants into the interior design. It's by no means "builder beige but it lacks the vitality that the exterior has in the bedrooms/baths and some of the common use areas.

I saw this a couple of weeks ago on the Internet, but want to thank you so much for doing it justice with one of your video tours. This is probably among the top three houses that I have ever seen. Materials, architecture and lot are just amazing. Stunningly beautiful! Be interesting to see how much it sells for in the end. Thanks to you and your team for doing this justice.

It is amazing what can be dreamed of and realized from the people that possess these creative talents of construction. This is one of the finest examples of that art. The respect for and incorporation of nature really shines through this beautiful estate.
We are truly blessed by you and the team that you have created using your talents to show us these beautiful properties with the level of class and quality they are due.
    NOBODY does it better!

This is my absolute favourite property ever on your channel. It’s elegant, classy but humble. There is soo many different designs elements, but still nothing clashes.
The difficulty in the architectural design is mind boggling but like I said, it’s humble. The timber with the concrete mixed with sandstone are soo beautifully put together. I couldn’t afford to put my toe on a property like this, but if I had money, this would be something I would do. ❤❤❤🇦🇺

Really happy to see yall talking about lutron, As a designer working for an AV Integrator I cannot say enough about their systems from the base model Casetta systems to full Blown Homeworks Lutron is really a phenomenal system never had a system that can be so complex but had so few issues.

This house gave me a bit of a Frank Lloyd Wright vibe and also San Diego Zoo inspirations. My favorite house tour by far. Relaxing, comfortable and yet areas big enough for many guests. Also the gardens...wow. I get up every morning and go to my garden and start the day off refreshed. Wish I had the money for this beautiful property.

As someone who has harsh critiques of these modern homes. I am blown away by this design.
Usually these types of modern industrial type homes are just cold, almost prison like. Soulless and sound like you are living in a massive hallway.
I love the courtyard/parking/entrance way. The small tree and boulder adds just enough detail to break up the lines. I love how it lines up with the ocean and the homes waterfall is spot on. Love it!
The wood panels and ceilings knock it out of the park and this is where it makes the home feel warm and the lime stone is sublime. Well done.
The lighting and automation looks first rate.
The trees are my favorite. They are what makes the home so inviting and tranquil. They give shade, privacy and an extraordinary amount of detail as the sunlight hits their canopy and it reflects against the home.
I am not a fan of homes that have huge windows, just makes me feel vulnerable. The property does a fantastic job of giving you privacy and also affords you an unobstructed view of the ocean.
The second floor has a very Japanese feel to it, with that walkway and lots of light, this is very cool detail. very cozy and zen like.
The outdoor area is gorgeous. So much space there. I wonder what the grounds keeping fees are.
Now some critiques. Again this is just me.
The kitchen looks like a cafeteria. It's gorgeous. I am not a huge fan of having an open concept livingroom/Kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of a home and yet it should be as clean as an infirmary. Therefore the Kitchen should be closed off as much as possible, Almost like the Butlers pantry, as my Grandmother used to say. If you aren't cooking stay out of the kitchen.
I love the solid stone backsplash to the gas stove. No tiles just a smooth piece of polished stone. Makes it easy to clean, unlike multiple titles with grout that get grease and oil stuck in the seams. Why no pot filler?
The bathrooms are gorgeous and I love the floating vanity's. The toilets should have been the same.

Lutron is not the only manufacturer, but the innovation is amazing. There are even wireless switches that can be used in remodeling applications where it would be near impossible to run an actual wire. All controlled by your phone.
