The landscape especially in the back yard is absolutely spectacular. That pool is truly magnificent. It reminds me of a mini Disneyland. Jill is a gracious host allowing you to tour her beautiful home. I'm surprised the closet in the primary bedroom wasn't bigger. This home definitely has the wow factors.

In an HOA???! That is a complete turnoff..very surprised. HOA holds ALL the land rights, air space, and control of everything. Why oh why would someone design an oasis like this inside a HOA!

Yea i agree if there’s an HOA it’s bad enough even if the property’s paid in full but to have an HOA they could raise there rates to me a house like this isn’t worth an HOA….but the house is gorgeous though…although you can land a helecopter in your backyard for quicker transportation
On the other hand or positive side - you can also keep H.O.A in check also by making sure everything is always up to par.

This is another died & gone to heaven property. Somebody would be very blessed, to get to live here.
Oh wow! I love the garden indeed. Getting older, those stairs in the garden are not convenient for older people. I don’t like the fact that the next building is straight next to them. However, if you can get along with them, and even become friends, it can be a good thing. And it feels saver. Talking about the house: I really loved it!!! My compliments for the owner who really thought about all the details. Beautiful colours everywhere. My favorite and also lucky colour is blue. All kinds of blue, I also like grey, lighthgreen, beige, some orange; just all the colours I would pick. I also love wallpaper. She even had blue washingmachines! I also like the curves in the home. I just loved everything. If I would want to live in Vegas, I would definitely buy this. Seriously!!
