I wish here in the US they would reduce all the packaging and we could buy food in a simpler more natural state. I love mushrooms! I will make this for sure, it looks delicious!
Yes, it’s a very interesting topic. My husband and I have spent a lot of time talking about. I think our other challenge in the states is we are such a big country and so much of our food has to travel long distances. This is another reason why you get a lot of fruit that is packaged unripe that’s left to ripen on the shelves because it’s less fragile that way and it’s easier to travel I think it’s probably the same thing with the mushrooms ha ha ha. Although they can be inconvenient and more expensive, farmers markets are really the way to go to cut down on the packaging by what you need and pop it in your canvas tote 😂💕
