I bought a a 2021 Sport Glide also because I love the looks of it , then the dealer said take it for a test ride. That's all it took for me to get one !!! The bike handles so good and the way I feel when I'm riding it, I can't stop smiling !!! I bought a Saddleman seat and what a difference that made!!! Can't wait for spring !!!!
Honestly I think this is one of Harleys best bikes by a mile! This is exactly what im looking for in my next Harley. Its just perfect and can do everything and that styling and mix of chrome and black is just perfect!

Cruise control, ABS, inverted forks, 5 gal tank and can't forget forward controls. Financially I'll be ready in 2023, but unfortunately as of 2022 no more Sport Glide. But there still is HOPE, in 23 maybe someone will be wanting to upgrade. Hopefully the mileage will be under 10 or 8 thous. miles. I'm open to a used bike because it'll be a Sport Glide. 👍
Traded in my 2015 Ultra Limited Low last Saturday for a 2020 Sport Glide. My knees have decided I need a lighter more maneuverable bike and I'm not old by any means. I have had a Road King and a Sportster as well. The inverted forks and rear momo shock make for such a nice ride and the 107 is plenty of power for my needs. Genuinely surprised at the ability of the bike.
Congratulations on your 2021 Sport Glide, in white. It is by far my favorite Harley-Davidson bike. The white saddlebags, compliment the bike. Ride safe.
If money wasn't an issue the sport glide would be my choice all day any day. It's perfect. You buy it , you snap the modular paniers off leave them in your garage. You ride with it "NORMAL" for the most part. If a long distant trip comes up or you need to get a few groceries? Bam! Bam! Click! Click! There back on. And it handy and don't ruin the looks of your bike. But as it stands......the Softail Standard is my limit.
Still love my Sport Glide after 23k miles. Gustafson 15” vented windshield with lowers was best mod. Stage 3 116HP 114ci has made it exciting. S&S Streetmaster 2-1 also excellent addition. Added Fuel Moto’s larger Db reducer gave it great sound. Bunk King shock extension to raise the rear an inch also good. No more boot heal dragging in curves.
I love my 2019 Sports Glide. I added a taller windhsield, rider and passenger foot boards and replaced three covers to make it look much nicer. Great bike -- handles like a Sportster but with an extra gear and more power the performance is excellent.
I had a Street Glide Special and wanted a Breakout, now they're gone and this looks like the best option for me now, unless I get a used low mileage Breakout.
Sport Glide is my favourite Softail! Switchback 2.0 but woth better looks and better suspension! Plus the bags aren't that big but thay do the job! Plus the 107 is more eager to rev and more rev happy then the 114. And when they first came out the 107 was put in the touring frame bikes so people thay are saying that the 107 is underpowered never actually tried one!
example at 7:15 stopped at the lights, can't see a green natural light, and the LCD shows nothing, but when you are going up and down the box, the gear is indicated but appears slow to react to the change. Also can you turn off the annoying digital RMP? or is it on all the time. TBH I dont need either, but GREEN netural is a must. (I watched more and you changed the RMP to time at 7:15pm funny)
I hate the way the fairing looks, thats my only regret. More of a heritage guy but had a better deal for the glide .. installed the memphis fats and I am much happier now
Nice bike brother... My favorite HD. Love the looks with the bags and relaxing forward controls, also cruise control is a big plus. But the sad thing is that in my country this chunk of metal is 51000 usd.
I have come to the conclusion that the main reason I don’t get out and do more highway miles is because of the bike I ride! I always told myself and others that “I don’t really ride on the highway much, so I have no need for a bigger, heavier, bike that can handle the highway better.” And I don’t ride the highway much, but it’s not because I don’t want to, it’s because I ride an iron 883 and it doesn’t really want to. Oh well, maybe in a couple of years I’ll do some trading for something more like this sport glide?
I was in the same situation had an iron 883 loved the bike but was so uncomfortable and the vibrations was bad couldn’t ride it for more than an hour!! Best thing I ever did was get a sport glide 😅
@@martinealyset7275 Yeah, I have since traded in for a ‘21 Low Rider S and I love it! Fixed all my problems and some I didn’t even know I had. They didn’t have a single sport glide in stock the day I went to the dealership and I got a deal on the LRS. So much more motorcycle than the iron.
When you were shopping did you compare this the 2022 chief? I’ve test ridden the chief dark horse 116 & the sport glide will be next. I’m coming from a sport touring bike & this will be my first cruiser

Still doubting between this.. and a softail standard. Just tank swap to 5 gallon tank. Add cruise controll and leather pro baggs. Wel... That runs me in the 2.000-2500€ extra. And will have a custom bike or i pay 5500 an have a bike already done. Looking great but dont feel right ditching premium parts like that just to make it custom.
Really…are the brakes phenomenal? This is my biggest concern. I’m coming from a Ducati Diavel and recently have been riding my dad’s 30-year old Virago and his newer Indian Scout…they’re both terrible on the braking side of things and with the Sport Glide also having a single disc, was concerned it wouldn’t be enough.
I would recommend to do a test ride and feel them out for yourself. After riding several motorcycles and comparing it to the Lowrider S I think it's as good as it can be.

The new and latest SE exhaust for the Sport Glide looks great. I've seen it in person and it sounds good too.

Test rode one today, brakes were not good compared to my road king. SG was smooth at idle, RK was way smoother on the freeway but not at idle.
