Another good video. The Sport glide checks all the boxes for me. I've owned several models over the years. Sport Glide is my favorite. To comment on the Touring suspension vs the Softail suspension. There is no comparison. A lot of people spend thousands of dollars upgrading touring models. Every new Softail I've ridden is leaps and bounds more comfortable than the heavyweights. Handling/Comfort/Power to Weight the Softail takes the win. One test ride was all it took for me to be convinced. 2 weeks after the test ride my 2018 Street Glide Special was gone and the 2019 Sport Glide came home. It's that good. Take care.

Yes! It is one amazing and addictive bike! I really wish more people considered it an option honestly. I feel it is right in the price point where people just think "For this much more, I can just get a touring bike" and overlook it. Hell I almost over looked it!

I tend to ride Harleys that are a little bit different I’ve owned two Vrods, a Fat Bob and Sport Glide. I’ve owned Sportsters, Street Glide and Ultras. I have to say the sport glide is a great bike I did change my seat to the sundowner for my wife and she said it’s fantastic back there. Added 10” bars from HDand a Klock works 10”shield. Also have a stage 1 and an appt for a stage 2. The black looks great on the barracuda silver, Nice video! ..... Ride hard or stay home😎

I've owned a SportGlide since '19. I absolutely love it.SportGlides can do it all. You can ride two up easy, you can tour with it.It has cruise control as standard equipment. You can detach the Bags and fairing and ride it gangsta'.It is very easy to ride in town as it is relatively light and handles great yet when loaded it is a very good road bike.Plus I love those beautiful "Mantis" wheels. This my 4th H-D.

I have a 2019 Sport Glide (black) and absolutely love it. Have been coast to coast on it 4 times. It checks all the boxes for me. It does it all. Keep those bags locked down. I had one stolen...

What kind of windshield did you run for your x country trips?

@@Johnthebruce i love to be in the wind so for me, i've kept the stock windshield. But there are times when the wind beats you down hard, like from Wichita Falls to Amarillo. I really like the look of the Sport Glide fairing.

@@Silverbulletzx3 i had gone to a local bar to hear my sons band play and when i came out at closing, it was gone. I had been riding all day and it was just a normal day, no issues with the bag, so I'm going with it being jacked. It was the left side bag.

No kidding, North Texas is a real bore. I pass through there going from Louisiana to Colorado. The faster I get through there, the sooner it's over! Where do you live Steve?

Absolutely one of my favorite Harleys! I should just suck it up and get one! They just cost so much! They are beautiful, beautiful, bikes and so versatile straight from Harley! Which, as everyone knows, rarely ever happens!! Versatile that is. Man I want one!

I have the 2018, have done a few cosmetic upgrades, grips, floor boards, seat , windscreen, engine guard and cobra power flo intake, the heat shields are powder coated , pipes are too expensive to change at this time. Your bike looks great in grey and black. Cheers

MotoRobb I got the Kuryakyn, you need an adapter to install but well worth it on a long ride my feet and legs feel great and the position to the rear brake seems more natural. They are the ribbed 4357 .

I just bought one of these and will take possession of it next week. It's getting paint correction and ceramic coated currently. I own a 2018 BMW S1000rr also, so you know what kind of power I am adjusted to. Saying that you can understand why I have already started looking at the S&S 124 kits...this might get expensive and interesting..a friend owns a shop that does HD builds so maybe I can catch a break on cost, if I do most of the labor. Keep the videos coming (even though I am a year later to this party), I like getting more ideas and information.

I wish you all could have ridden the Super Glide T- Sport. Now that was an amazing bike. The fairing wasn't removable (easily) but the bags came off and had handles to carry them by. Handled the road better than any Road King,, and nearly as comfortable. I really miss that bike.

Amen on the T Sport. I had an 01 and loved it. Was stupid and sold it to get an 03 Ultra Classic. Best Harley made in the 2000’s!

Getting one. Waiting till 2022 info to come out. Just incase it comes with 114 option.
But i think i'd prefer this on solo riding and Heritage if i was doing 2 up riding.
The misses however wants to ride her own bike. So why not take the sporty looking version of the 2. (and save a few bucks as a bonus)
Bit more modern and youthfull. But whould be happy with both.

Only available in Europe in 2022. 🙁 You want the short stroke 107. Then buy a stage 3 kit. (119ci) Swap the neutering SE-447 cam n springs for the designed for stage 3 SE-498 cam & springs. Add 37000287 SE clutch n springs kit, 64900828 SE Hi flow exhaust. 120HP 130TQ stone reliable super street-able. Not the money or issues of doing a stage 4 kit.

@@vernlochtefeld1626 yeah i'm European. But man it had an 1800€ price increase and lost the dummy gascap (wich made it look stupid) ended up buying a 103 streetbob at the dealer instead. Gave me a great deal on it so i said fuck it.. and bought it.
The sportglide felt like a ripoff this year. All the extra money and you get an a symetric tank...

I got it off etsy. It wasn't cheap, but great quality. Look up Harley CVO badge.
Legit CVO badges are impossible to get. You have to have a CVO VIN number registered in your name to order CVO stuff
