Done many videos on it, I definitely believe in it long term, if tavistock has anything to do with it (which they are the developers), I see them making it a big sister Lake Nona.
As long as the roads can come in….with that much size, and as long as of a build out plan the Vice president says they have, I see it doing very well.

Better is a loaded term and I hate to speculate that heavily, but I believe with it being twice the size of Lake Nona, with the same developer and more of a unique landscape with the different canals, waterbodies, conservation etc, it has the potential to be really great in it's own way.
