I never realised that this is so fantastic I would have loved to be a teenager in the sixties late sixties you must have had a lot of fun. That’s what is lacking today Where’s the fun gone out of life? The sixties were happy days🌞🎶🎵🎶🎵🔆🌎⭐️❣️❣️🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶🌞❣️
Yes I grew up in the 60’s, innocence, fun times, block parties, go to school, obey the tea, come home, go outside, play with friends till dark, and then repeat the same the next day!
YouCanDanceToit. Well sadly enough I missed this one too. But my time was getting short, and of course like any other Marine who served I had that short timers attitude. But I still was not sure if I would be going Home. Thank You for taking the time to post all of these great videos. It sure makes my day a little nicer. God Bless.
One thing we had was : class in dressing , the guys had ties and dress coats and pants.... the girls were modest in dress not showing cleavage and breasts busting out of their clothes!!! Sorry they left a little to the imagination or the guys😉 just sayin’
I have seen pictures from college football games from the 1960’s all the woman wearing dresses or skirts, men in coat and tie with hats or nice shirt & slacks. Now it’s flip flops shorts and T-shirt.
Question for the former AB dancers...how were the couple's matched up? Did the young men ask the girls to dance and hope they wouldn't turn you down? Just curious.
Hi Martha Patchin, I was never an AB dancer but I can answer your question. Every kid that was invited to the show was always given 2 tickets. One for you and 1 for your partner, so you always had someone you could dance with. As the dancers came more often (the regulars) they got to know each other well and traded partners often.

No mass shootings for one thing.I attribute it to the destruction of White America being implemented in our cities.A different country back then.

That's the slinkiest bass line in history.
Upright bass!!!!!
I was just a baby.
Why didn't they let Nancy come on American Band stand with the close she was wearing in her video of that song?
But where is Nancy?

Vote NO on the WarLock.
In all honesty ? I'm surprised there are no gogo boots.
This has got to be the worst song of the 60’s, ugh.
