    For those of us that subscribed to Muscle and Fitness back in the day, we saw Lee Labrada in the magazine. He's aged as we have aged and here we are 40 years later. Love that Lee's focus is for the 40 and over class. Still inspiring, still motivated, thanks Lee. The golden era of bb was the best!

    Lee looks awesome. Even today he looks bigger and more symmetrical than anyone in my gym. What a testament to getting older and staying in fantastic shape.

    Hi Lee ,, is it wise to take protein shakes cuz every time I buy one mess up my stomach and it doesn’t even have a half of protein per serving they claim. Thank u

    61 and do HIT. Kind of surprised you are not pushing heavier weights to failure ? I was under the impression that you did similar workouts to Mentzer n Yates ?
