They used it during the Vietnam war to extend the monsoon season and it's documented... Still people dismiss it.

Screaming like a maniac, a late 40’s nicely dressed Professional, people are just looking at her, she’s like foaming at the mouth so incredibly angry, we kicked her out, she vowed to take revenge on the restaurant! Saying your gonna regret this! She left, everything went back to normal, it’s just amazing how angry they are
