Well, I learned something new! A 'dope sheet' referenced in Big Metal Shoe is, according to Wikipedia "is a traditional animation tool that allows an animator to organize their thinking and give instructions to the camera operator on how the animation is to be shot." Very fitting for the song referencing a lot of old nursery rhymes and stories.
To be fair to Neo as far as SHE knows it was Cinder's idea to attack Beacon which led to Roman's death. She holds HER responsible. It was most likely Salem's idea but Neo doesn't know that. Roman gave Neo her new name, a new life and friendship and with him gone she's back to her lonely existence. Side note read the latest book Roman Holiday. It fills in thier backstory a bunch and is SO GOOD

Also that piano intro and outro is dope. - Fun fact, Casey Lee Williams voices Neo's grunts in BBTAG (fighting game), so if she could sing she probably would sound like that (though it'd be a bit weird with Weiss' singing voice also being Casey). - Of course a lot of the blame of Roman's death goes to Roman himself, but someone grieving for a loved one can easily ignore that. - Lionize is indeed from the short. I think Adam has internalized the behavior and logic of his abusers and coped by being like them and rising above them by the same methods. The only way he could see things getting better was by beating them at their own game. That cycle of abuse is how I interpreted his character anyway, I don't really know enough about his backstory or psychology in general to be sure. - Big Metal Shoe is basically the ultimate nursery rhyme diss track, especially with the rap, which is my favorite rap part of any of the RWBY songs. - I think that if young Blake lost Adam, revenge would probably he her gut instinct. - Yup, Indomitable is a giant love letter/remembrance to Monty, using a lot of the things he said and did. "Map fashioned from a stain" for example is about how he created the Remnant map by rubbing ketchup in a napkin while in an IHOP. - Like others have said, there is a full version of Forever Fall, and it's five and a half minutes of pure sadness.

Torchwick, Neo, Emerald, Mercury, and Adam weren't part of the beacon plan by choice Em and Merc were the the most on board, but the others were threatened into it. Adam was for sure and Torchwick's monologue suggests he's picked his side to protect himself and Neo. So in Neo's mind everyone involved shares some responsibility for his death, but ruby was there at his end so yea she's target 1 after Cinder who talked herself out of blame.
Rising - pretty solid opening. I love the bridge. Miracle - As you said, first episode train fight. Specifically the second half of the episode. The bridge on this one is so distorted that it’s kind of amazing. Have to agree, also, that it’s not my jam. Good song just not for me. The piano is also excellent. One Thing - Showed up during her fight with Cinder. I really like this hint to her and Roman’s shared history. Honestly, such a banger. Lionized - Yes, from the short. And while I don’t like Adam as a person, his song is pretty rad. Again, not my style but it’s always fun to hear Jeff getting up there. Big Metal Shoe - During the fight between the kids and Cordo. Honestly this one is just a ton of fun. I love all the fairytale/nursery rhyme allusions. And this is one of my favorite raps, it’s just so quick. Nevermore - Credit song. Easily my favorite of the volume. I also love how they clarify that Adam’s death was just sad and not something either girl wished to do. Love that we get a proper duet with Casey and Adrianne. Indomitable - When Ruby freezes the leviathan. I love the difference between this song and Cold from V3. Cold is in the midst of the loss of Monty, rolling in grief and sadness. This one, while it’s clear that they still miss and love Monty, they’ve learned to walk again with his motto clear in their minds. It’s just so sweet and makes me cry every time I listen to it. (Yes, I cried watching this video). Forever Fall - Episode 9 at Pyrrha’s statue. And honestly… eh. Not much I could say here. Not one of my favorites. Casey’s voice is pretty though.
I would highly recommend reading the book Roman Holiday, it is a canon RWBy book about Neo and Roman's backstory and it really makes you care about the characters a lot more and I doubt they will cover it in the show,.

If You want to know Neo's backstory, read "Roman Holiday", the new book, it is all prequel to the Red trailer.
