I hope you are planning to have a Negroni this week!! In case you wanted some more information about Campari, here it is!! Did I miss anything? Let me know what you think!
imo Campari tastes good in strawberry or cherry daiquiri's. It really blends those bitter and sweet flavors together, and brings out the essence of the fruit. Not sure I would drink straight campari lol. For those people who have never tried it, it tastes like the insides of a walnut... the parts that you're not supposed to eat. It is good if you mix it with the right drinks though.
Thanks for this. My buddy made me Campari and soda recently (Campari, club soda, orange wedge over ice) just to get rid of the Campari because he doesn’t like it. But I love it! Thanks for the history lesson, very cool 😎
Campari gin and tonic is the best..Squeeze in 2/3 lime/lemon after adding your gin and Campari over ice,, then fill the copa gin glass with Mediterranean tonic and a couple more ice cubes🍹, and of course Campari is the base of my favorite drink, the Negroni🥃
Great review, enjoyed it. Campari has grown on me, not my favourite drink, but a nice change and a good pre-meal drink. Like it with gin and tonic water. Cheers.
It's so expensive here in Utah but when I lived overseas traveling throughout all those countries the Negroni and Double Campari were my go to drink. It's so good long with Aperol
Drank the bottle last night, I think it reseted my microbiome. Have been sittin in the toilet today. I think its time to eat some berries or probiotics.
Many of these older liquors touted health benefits... none of which are proven. One could argue anything that 'promotes digestion' has a health benefits, but if it actually does any of that is debatable at best.
it's not a wine it can't get u drunk only wen u mix it with the rum u can get drunk r with rum cream its called pink pussy r with the Jamaican magnum tonic wine that a kicker there
Interesting... I have some Mandrake liquor from Spain (not exactly legal in the US) I was thinking about doing a video on. Now I want to compare tastes.
Les Américains avaient l'habitude de donner aux enfants de petites quantités de whisky. Plus recommandé. Les petits foies ne devraient pas avoir d'alcool.
Yeah, it's like eating the white oranage membrane. I for one don't like the taste. As a matter a fact it tases just like that, the while peel membrane without the sweet juice of the orange. It's like grapefruit, bitter citrus. Again, not on my taste, but that's my personal taste.
The most famous cocktail is a Negroni, 1oz Campari, 1oz Sweet Vermouth, 1oz Gin. My guess is if this isn't for you, you just don't like a bitter flavor?
@@Inebrious MY family in Jamaica drink Campari. I never heard of it until I saw them drinking it and decided to try it. But I made up my own little recipe and I like it. Campari by itself is just too bitter for me. It taste like Robitussin cough medicine to me. But since I mixed it I like it. The bitter and sweet mix tastes good.
@@Inebrious Guava Mango juice, Appleton Estate signature Jamaica Rum, Campari and Sprite. May sound nasty but it's good and it sneak up on you. People at my party loved it.

I adore this spirit. With a splash of Perrier...perfect.
*Pellegrino! OK?*
Definitely an acquired taste but it has grown on me. Nothing beats a refreshing campari tonic on ice with a slice of orange in the summer.
Agreed!
Tbh there probably are plenty of drinks that beat a refreshing Campari tonic on ice with a slice of orange in the summer

Glad you enjoyed it

Campari is definitely one of my favorites, but yeah, the American palate doesn't tend to favor bitter like Italians do.
Great presentation. Great video! Loved it!
Thank you very much!

Thanks, bud!
Very informative review! Keep up the great work
Thank you!
Really informative! I have to check the percentage of our Campari here in East Asia!
I'm curious to know too!!!
@@Inebrious I found out yesterday actually, it's 25%!
It's so expensive here in Utah but when I lived overseas traveling throughout all those countries the Negroni and Double Campari were my go to drink. It's so good long with Aperol
I consider Aperol, 'Campari Light'.
Campari and Sprite is really good.
Good to know!
Great with tonic water and some fresh lime.
I have a few cocktail videos on this channel that use Campari.
Drank the bottle last night, I think it reseted my microbiome. Have been sittin in the toilet today. I think its time to eat some berries or probiotics.
Maybe too much. :)
I'm not a fan of the drink, but it was very interesting learning about it!
Thanks!
I mix Campari with Fanta. Really good 👌
Interesting.
Campari plus gin/Cointreau plus lime and tonic is nice!
That does sound pretty good!
I’ve made many a drink using Campari, but I’ve never actually had it. Nice video mate! 💪🏻🤙🏻💙
Thank you!!
You should try a Negroni!
Inebrious I will certainly look to do so now!
Haters.
I love Campari. 10/10 video.
I'm a big fan of Campari.
A must have!
Interesting video. I watched it twice! 😃
Thanks so much!!
It’s a perfect middle APV cocktail with some Club Soda and a cherry 🍒 and 🍊 slice
I'm a fan of campari straight!
I have a recessive gene for bitter. I don't taste bitter. To me Campari tastes like maraschino cherry.
That's really interesting!
Campari is the best ingredient of the Boulevardier.
Oooohh... Boulevardier is a favorite!!
My experience with campari, is it is bitter, but my question is does it have health benefits?
Many of these older liquors touted health benefits... none of which are proven. One could argue anything that 'promotes digestion' has a health benefits, but if it actually does any of that is debatable at best.
Bought it, loved it.
Yes!!!!
I get a hint of vanilla as well
Yep!!
Every friend I have that loves alcohol hates Campari.
It's My favorite drink
My favorite mix with Campari is ginger Ale, it's really good
You have better taste than your friends. 😏
make them mix it with the white rum n chase with the red bull thell love it
Love the vid, I’m more of whisky guy nothing beats a Johnny Walker blue label expensive but god it’s a treat
Agreed its very good.
Great place in Sacramento, CA called Blue Prynt serves it by the shot.
Awesome! I would love to taste it! :)
I like it a lot!!
I like my Campari over ice 👌🏻 Love the review is very informative !
Finally!! Someone who knows and likes it!!
Sounds real ly interesting
Thank you!
Man, I wish there were some cocktail recipes with Campari...
"This video is gonna kick off a playlist..." :D
Jamaicans mix the campari with the white rum and chased with a Pepsi r energy drink it's good
I like it chilled with lime juice or mixed with cow milk, try it you wont regret it. .
Educational
Hoping to be!
Sounds really interesting , I might have to give it a try :)
I hope you do!!
Ha! did you ever try this? Looking forward to what you thought 😂😂😂
I love Garibaldi. Campari and freshly squeeze orange
I dont think i have ever had a drink with campari in it. I need to try it out! Really nice information man!
Thank you!
Ice and some lemon...then again maybe a whole lemon cause i love lemons...and then you eat the lemon obviously...
So then it’s like Grand Marnier, or Triple Sec.... right??
No, those are very sweet. Campari is very bitter. Like the difference between orange juice, and the rind.
@@Inebrious Good comparison, thanks
Guess you can learn something new everyday! Not a fan of bitter wine though lol
This is bitter and sweet! You might like it!!

I have a 20 year old sealed bottle.
Cool! Not sure how it ages though. Let me know!
it reminds me of the taste of Gentian Root or Mandrake
Interesting... I have some Mandrake liquor from Spain (not exactly legal in the US) I was thinking about doing a video on. Now I want to compare tastes.
Yep, it has gentian root as one of its bittering agent 😊
I've never drank Campari straight! Always in a Negroni.
I love it straight!
red as blood, bitter as life
😆😂😄😄
j en bois depuis que j ai 8 ans. ma grand mère m en donnait lorsque j étais malade.

Campari and orange juice is okay-ish, it’s mostly disturbing, but tolerable.
lol. Why disturbing?
Cuz it’s so fucking bitter lol
Most distinguishing drink I've had in my life
lol. Obviously subjective.
Jamaicans drink it alot
Just straight? On ice? What's the Jamaican way?
Campari has a Viagra effect on me. I Just love it.. Lol
You can love Campari, just don't 'love' the Campari.
I just bought some. What a waste of money😒😒 It's so disgusting. What can I mix it so it won't go to waste?

Its bitter
Yes! Not everyone thinks that's a bad thing. ;)
One of the worst alcohol in world
Strange that it gets all those sales, huh?
I wonder if it's you. ;)
You haven't d said anything relevant. Campari lovers already know what you said. I was expecting a more in-depth analysis of Campari.
Why would a Campari lover want to know what Campari is?
Worst drink ever. T. Late
Booo!!!
