I am not skeptic of hypnosis itself, but was skeptical that this would help me fall asleep. I woke up realizing I had only made it to number 5. 😂 Super awesome. For some reason rather than consciously hearing what you were saying, I started daydreaming while periodically being brought back to your voice and that eventually turned into sleeping. Thanks for putting so much time and effort into your work!

I absolutely love you, I have severe insomnia and I listen to you every night and cannot fall asleep without you! You are amazing and when I left my AirPods at my cabin, I literally went old school with corded headphones. So uncomfortable but worth the pain 😅

Not 4 hours but 14400 seconds. Just try counting to 1000 and relax in the luxury of knowing you have many many thousands left to go.
@@m4inline yes, although counting downwards is better. The brain gets tired of the repetition and associates downwards with feeling sleepier!
