I’m having problems with tinnitus and back issues, so having problems to sleep. I put in on thinking nothing will happen and I was asleep in 5 min! I woke up a few hours later and put on again and the same thing happened! Thank you so much for this!

I am not skeptic of hypnosis itself, but was skeptical that this would help me fall asleep. I woke up realizing I had only made it to number 5. 😂 Super awesome. For some reason rather than consciously hearing what you were saying, I started daydreaming while periodically being brought back to your voice and that eventually turned into sleeping. Thanks for putting so much time and effort into your work!

This is a very helpful track fot those of us who tend to overthink and sometimes have difficulty in getting to sleep. Highly recommend this meditation, Thank you so much. Dr. Anni Hine Moana.
I use this for insomnia and PTSD/GAD and it works brilliantly well especially as an alternative to prescribed medications but tonight my ear phone fell out and it stopped playing and then I had a bad dream and woke up again, had fallen asleep for 3 hours initially for 3 hrs with this then the cat woke me up but then tried this again and it worked until said earphone incident. Make sure your earbuds are secure and the video won't stop xx❤
Thanks for listening. My preference is either noise cancelling headphones that cover your whole ear or a sleep mask with built in speakers. Both work better than the earbuds, which I often find on the floor next to the bed in the morning!

I’m so sorry, my first time listening, and I was fine until around minute 8 when you said to think about a time in your past when you could relax and drift asleep and it made me feel awake and anxious because I couldn’t think of anything. 😢
@@jeanettebodermann5028 same thing has happened to me in other hypnosis videos. They tell you to think of your past and then whatever you're supposed to think of. My past is horrendous and I need to leave it in the past. And same thing happens to me it upsets me instead of helping me
Dear Nick, I have a question to you. I hope you will answer and help me understand this important question for me. About a month ago, due to stress, I started having insomnia. That's when I found your video and turned it on, although I am wary of hypnosis. English is not my language, but I understand everything you say. However, one phrase stuck in my mind the most, namely: "similar to a daydreaming, where you're not quite asleep, and not quite awake". Could this phrase have programmed me to feel exactly like this in my sleep now? What do I need to say to myself, or perhaps listen to, to start sleeping deeply? Could I still be under the hypnotic influence of one of the phrases? I'm looking forward to your reply. This is very important to me. 🙏 Thank you in advance! ❤

I woke up from someone’s cpap 😖 and turned this video on. I went out immediately. Woke up and the video was stopped at 10 min. Think my earbud fell out so it stopped. I’m still so relaxed now that I don’t want to get up for work. Got a hypnosis video for wanting to work?? 😂

Half way through and was already relaxed and wasn’t stressing … then you went and reminded me. Being on a beach is quite a stressful image for me …

I put this video on when I have an afternoon nap. Within 5 minutes I am asleep, but always suddenly wake up before it has ended. Any ideas why?

Not 4 hours but 14400 seconds. Just try counting to 1000 and relax in the luxury of knowing you have many many thousands left to go.
@@m4inline yes, although counting downwards is better. The brain gets tired of the repetition and associates downwards with feeling sleepier!
