Best method I’ve seen yet. And your down to earth disposition is a plus.
    Thank you, Sir.

Would be nice to have a recipe in the description, all the cooking times and temperatures. Would make it easier to recreate.

That’s some very technical cooking technique on display there. I think I learned almost everything I need to know about preparing, cooking this Duck Liver thing all from this one video. Your a Bad Ass Chef Ludo. Awesome. With that I had a marathon today of watching all the videos on his channel today. Ludo your cooking is damn impressive. Videos are funny, yet quite informative in cooking tips and demonstration of very good cooking techniques and learned quite a lot watching. Your channel should have exceedingly far more views than it currently has with such talents. And yeah this gonna sound funny, gotta get me some them colored Le Creuset stoneware utensil cooking bowls. Kinda grown on me after watching all these videos back to back.

Thank you so much for sharing Chef Ludo. You make things I may now try because I thought they were way beyond My skills . Now I understand they are only a 'little bit' out of my skill set but with such knowledge from you in a sincerely happy video I will be trying this recipe and more. I will no longer be afraid of the Soufflé : ) Only good things for you Chef Ludo

Ditto I’m not a fan of offal, but I love foie gras and pates.

Oh to be on the set that day. He made two terrines that was probably $1k of foie gras.

lol no, 1kg (2 pounds) of raw Foie gras is about 30-50 USD in Europe.

Today that’s about $600 of foie gras sitting there. Amazon has a 1lb terrine for $135.

The first time I tried foie gras was in Cannes. I really enjoyed as long as I didn't think too much about how it came to be. How about a video on how to make Duck Confit? It's almost my favorite French dish!

We say carton in Romanian as well for cardboard, so I was also a little amiss for the word in English. Many of our words are exactly the same, Romance language.

Ludo, quel sacrilège, ce n'est pas du pâté ! On ne tartine jamais du foie gras sur du pain ou un toast...ça se déguste directement avec une fourchette et un couteau, ensuite tu prends du pain ou non ^^
