This song really is "a song I heard somewhere." We hear lu li la in about every clockwork lullaby, but the tune she sings it here is identical to the "la la la la la la lu lu lu" at the end of wordplay. Its an old enough song that I didn't recognize it was wordplay at first; but I knew it was familiar. Quite precisely a "song i heard somewhere"
