To be fair, there's a pretty extreme difference. There's a massive power imbalance here, and I kind of get the feeling that the maid was less-than-willing to date Behemo to begin with. She was a maid and subservient to him, and given Behemo's personality throughout the series, he would absolutely leverage said power. I mean, he fucking killed her over a dress.

I just realized Behemo killed the maid and took her clothes, that’s why he wears the maid outfit and the ‘doll’ limbs are warm. He compared the maid to a doll in the song. He was scared of what he’d done and the consequences.
The big problem isn't that the boy is playing with dolls or putting make up on, it's the fact that a six year old managed to get into collage.
Its a virtual world anyway.

Technically, it canonically went like this:
The First Period was in a state of decay and an experiment was conducted. A realistic virtual world was created that was dubbed the Second Period, and avatars of real people were placed into this world with real souls placed into them. In order to create some sort of hardship, the people of the First Period also included a genetic disorder of sorts dubbed "Malice," resulting in Hereditary Evil Raiser Syndrome. While this world was being created, Behemo Barisol, who was a relative of one of the researchers involved, had an avatar of himself placed in the world, but as a female because being female was what he desired to be, and his love of crossdressing affected this.
By this point, the world that had been created had become more advanced than any of the researchers had anticipated, but due to Malice, which was being heavily studied in the Second Period, that period, alongside the First Period, was beginning to collapse and alternatives were being thought up. Eventually, they built a ship named Climb One which multiple HER-free people intended to board to travel to and populate a safe world. Levia Barisol, the avatar that Behemo had created in his image, was a researcher who was due to board Climb One, but nobody knew that she had HER. She, however, was aware of her murderous impulses, and Seth Twiright, a sentient manmade mask that the people of the Second Period built, and who was also a HER completely consumed by his murderous impulses, desired to take her place. Therefore, he lied to her, stating that her impulses were the result of an evil counterpart from another world.
Using the incredible technology that the people from the Second Period crafted, she opened a portal between the virtual world and the physical one. However, in this time, things had gone very wrong for Behemo. He had started to date a maid who worked for him, and when she became disgusted by his request of dressing up in her clothing, he, heartbroken, killed and dismembered her like a doll. That, or he tore some dolls apart. Mothy wasn't very clear, but it appears to be the former. When Levia appears in his mirror, it's to find people trying to break down his door after hearing the girl's murder being committed. She also recognised Seth's trickery, and instead of killing Behemo or condemning him to his fate, she reached out to him and brought him to the virtual Second Period where a new avatar was created for him.
After this, the First Period fell. The two boarded Climb One as twins, with Seth Twiright having sneaked on, and they found themselves crossing a 'black sea' which stood between the real and virtual worlds. Their bodies becoming truly physical as they entered the physical world, they ended up back in the world where the First Period occurred, now with nothing of it left, and with the remaining members of the crew, many of whom were murdered as a result of Seth Twiright's machinations, they constructed Lunaca Labora in what would become the great Magic Kingdom Levianta. Using the Black Box to create souls that resembled data, and using the lab to create and store the bodies of the new humans, they set about repopulating the world. The story continues on as you know it to, with Levia and Behemo transferring their souls and minds to into the body of a dragon, the population of the planet, Project Ma, the conception of Hänsel and Gretel, the Levianta Catastrophe, and so on and so forth.

So if I understood correctly, a ship is planning to leave earth (or whatever world they were on) to flee the Malice. The woman is affected by Malice but manages to resist it by sparing the boy that is her counterpart in a parallel world. The boy in question is a crossdressing boy but he killed the maids. ("Dolls scattered inside the room, their limbs were warms and in piece"....I'm pretty sure that the dolls are the maids).
Thus, the crossdressing boy is full of Malice...the very thing the ship tried to flee. Basically, because of Barisol the new paradise will be tainted by Malice.
MrPainwind Behemo having malice is actually normal because he's from the first period, but I remember he got cured of HER/ he never really had her and the mask succeeded in slipping into the ark, then infected some of the people inside with HER, then instigated the deaths of the other kin

He appears as the mask that the Master of the Hellish Yard is wearing in Judgement of Corruption; and you can see the exact pose in Escape of Salmhofer the Witch; because he offers Meta his hand just before she enters Project Ma.
Though I actually have no idea who the maid is; it's definitely Seth here. He's the one HER that made it on Sin when they left the Second Period. I'm not sure where you got Venomania from; but it could definitely be the pose.

No, it's confirmed that Behemo just really likes to wear woman's clothing. There are people out there who like women's clothing but STILL very much a male, okay? Also, it's not a metaphor. Levia is Behemo's 'avatar'. Behemo lived in the first world, Levia lived in the second world. Because of his hobby being seen as 'weird' in his world, Behemo wished he could have just wear women's clothing freely without being judged. The second world is virtual reality to first world that gained conscience, Behemo technically made Levia and he chose to make her a girl with the hope in mind this avatar of him could do his hobby in peace unlike him. Imagine it like men creating female characters to play in a game instead of male characters, are they also 'trans' as you said?
However, because the second world gained conscience, the trajectory became very different. As seen here. Levia is a genius and didn't care about fashion. The contrast between them shown in lyrics too: "The elder sister who knows the heart of humans and the younger brother who knows the body of humans." Which completely separated them. Behemo likes the matter of flesh, simple, surface-level, seen in his fondness with the beauty of women clothings. Malice is likely what makes people [gods] have murderous instincts. Levia's colleague says that Malice comes from another universe, that is, Behemo's world. Even if this is a lie, it is extremely likely that, like Levia, Behemo was influenced by Malice. He was cured later though, as in the series he doesn't display this simptoms anymore.

Obviously Levia probably is, since she goes to see Seth about her impulses, and Behemo is Levia's parallel self and the "warm doll pieces" are probably dead bodies (which is why he's so knowledgeable about the human body), but I can't believe it isn't listed on the wiki. Has it not been confirmed, or is it just plain not true?

It is complicated. Mothy said that Levia and Behemo aren't represented by any vocaloid; but Hansel and Gretel, Riliane and Allen are imperfect copies of them. And, Rin and Len are used for Levia and Behemo in this song and Queen of the Glass (probably because they're the closest thing to their voices, in my opinion). But no, Levia is not based off of Meiko; and L&B do not have the usual ribbon/ponytail of Rin and Len, although their basic appearance (Hair and Eyes) is inspired by them.

Ok, I've come back to this song as this is the beggining of it all (story order, not release order i mean). The reason being, is I want to draw attention away from the confusion that is Evilious, and to the way that Mothy has approached the characters and their relationships.
1: Mothy portrayed the ideas of transgender and gender/sexual identity well.
Bohemo, as a crossdresser faced scrutiny, and was able to find solace in the 2nd period, where he was accepted by his ideal creation, Levia.
Michaela was a man before becoming a spirit, and through "magic" was able to become a woman and find a lesbian relationship that EVERYONE agreed with. (Granted that Michaela had no memory of being a man but it still stands.)
2: Racism. Clarith was hated for her hair and eyes, due to a small group of her races actions, yet someone accepted her as she was, not fazed by her appearance, focused on her personality instead.
Mothy also has served all shippers dreams. He has had all Vocaloids in all types of relaionships:

I love this pv it really gave an odd atmosphere to the song. Also, spoiler warning, the story of the begining in the Levin Bible isn't true. The first period is earth and where Behemo lives. The second world exists in the internet, i think, where the real humans have made avatars for themselves on that world and created a civilization more advanced than that of the first period. So the first period made something that would cause the downfall of the second period, it removed tge borders between the two worlds, and made "malice". The first period was destroyed by an atomic bomb of sorts, and the second period ended through "Malice". I'm still so confused by Behemo. It's implied he killed the maid/killed multiple "dolls" and dissected them but how was he able to get on the ark if he let "Malice" enter him? I feel like that's a major flaw, unless you consider that maybe the dolls referred to were... actually dolls, and the angry voice was someone yelling at him for being weird after they took it upon themselves to destroy his dolls since he was weird to them. Maybe he stole his sweetheart's maid dress and she was the one yelling at him after breaking his stuff. He doesn't have to murder and dissect someone to know "the body of man" he just has to study it. He knows his own anatomy and spent years studying the opposite anatomy with such a keen interest.
Well he's not from the same world as the ark, he's from the mirror world, so no one other than Levia would have known about the "dolls". Would have been a simple matter of hiding it from the others.
I don't think "Malice" is a first world construct. Just like what one character said about the fourth period, "This world is nice, even though there's a little bit of malice" (or something like that), People from the First period all have a little bit of "Malice" in them, it's natural, whereas to the Second period it isn't, so First period Behemo doesn't abide to the rules of the Second Period.
When Second period Behemo was made, however, he was forced to abide Second Period rules, which is why he had gotten HER (never stated but I'm sure only Second Period people could have HER). At the same time, the actions and wrongdoings of First Period Behemo aren't Second Period Behemo's responsibility either.

I know this is part of a series, but here's my interpretation of it as an independent piece.
A young trans girl is bullied and abused. Even though she knows she'd be loved as a boy, she still stands for who she is as a girl. Perhaps she doesn't even know what trans is yet.
Meanwhile, in an alternate universe: barisols child is born as a girl, the way she was intended to be born. She's loved and succeeds greatly in her life, becuase she was lucky to be born a woman.
Meanwhile, our trans girl has grown up, and likely forced into a "straight" marriage. When tries to come out to her new wife, it goes horribly. All she asked was to borrow her clothes. She snapped and murdered the woman who called her disgusting.
At the same time, the cis daughter is dealing with a strange feeling. Though quite successful, she is being abused by a man. And becuase of him, she is driven to attempt suicide.
The trans child is now crying, police officers outside her room. But when she looks into the mirror, she sees her alternate self. The woman she was supposed to be. But she had a knife to her chest, about to kill herself.
Jumping through the mirror before she could be arrested, she stopped her alternate self from commiting suicide.
Together, they plan to rule this world, and rid it of horrible people that kept them down.

ya a Pretty much, yeah. But the First Period and Second Period aren't separated by space. The second period is akin to the computer world if you compare the two with real life. So travelling from 1st to 2nd period is like us travelling to computer world. Also just to put it up there, the "New period" they travelled to was the already dead First Period.

This were just thoughts I had in my mind. There might or not be an answer to this questions. What do you think?
1) It's unknown how the 7 sins arrived in Eve's body. This will probably be explained in future stories/light novels. If Eve wouldn't have stolen the fruits, she wouldn't have committed the original sin; and the seven sins might have not been released (since there would be no hansel and gretel to kill her).
2) if you are asking what event caused the original sin, then
-Malice destroyes the 1st and 2nd period. 72 gods flee its destruction. Sickle creates the 3rd period (the humans are created by Levia and Behemo).
-Sickle decides to leave the 3rd period to the humans; Levia, Behemo and 6 other gods disagree, Sickle transforms them into an ugly dragon with 2 heads, and confines the dragon gods and the other 6 kin gods (that became the demons) into the Ark.
-The Magic Kingdom Levianta is born. Levia and Behemo thelepatically speak to its ruler, Maria Moonlit, making her announce the project ma, which consisted on having a woman give birth to God's children, and L&B (levia and Behemo) would plan on using these bodies as a simple vessel. they basically wanted to incarnate so to get out of the Ark 'Sin'.
-Eve is the 1st 'Ma'. Her twins are stillborns, she fleds with Adam Moonlit in Held's forest.
-Meta Salmhofer is the 2nd 'Ma'. In EC 001 she gives birth to the twins. She escapes so that her twins (Hansel and Gretel) wouldn't be used as a simple "plaything", she too fleds to held's forest.
-Eve, in her delusion, steals the forbidden fruits, Hansel and Gretel; and kills Meta.
That's a summary of the story behind the original sin. It later caused the 7 sins and the 3rd Period's destruction (by Fürer Nemesis).
If you're asking what happened to Levia and Behemo: around EC 014, Levia thelepatically communicated with kiril Clockworker, masking her voice as his dead fiancee, Elluka Chirclatia. Doing so the Dragon Gods force Kiril to incarnate themselves into Elluka's dead body [while Kiril was thinking to resuscitate Elluka Chirclatia]. As a result, Levia and Behemo incarnated in the body of Elluka. As a rule of incarnation, there must be only one 'active' soul: so Levia was the 'main' soul while Behemo's soul became 'dormant'. As another rule of incarnation, the incarnated soul lost all her previous memories. So Levia incarnated in Elluka's body, thinking to be the actual Elluka Chirclatia. That's how Elluka Clockworker was "born"
