I just noticed... "Madam Merry Go Round/Even if the world is crumbling/Madam Merry Go Round/I will remain here" "Someday let's begin to play that game again/Because I'll be here no matter what, right?"
That's because Alice Merry Go Round/Maria moonlit is the "reincarnation" of irina who turn back in time at the end of the world (where she was in the clockwork doll).
I like the idea of the two different songs playing in each ear, but I couldn’t really decide how to listen to the song. And the song switching is kind of rough but pretty good idea though!
It's interesting that Full Moon Laboratory isn't "lu li la", was it from another era, and when the era changed the song changed, as The Song I Heard Somewhere suggests?
Lu li la is the clockworker lullaby. Irina didn't know this song before knowing kiril. We can imagine that the song she could heard in the full moon laboratory was some "la la la la la" (because the "lu lu lu" seems to be interferences)

I think its about how maria moonlit was created (mostly by seth i think) and how they prob did experiments together
