hey hey ! I know it's been a while since any of you have seen me around these parts, but I Do have an explanation for that.
Late last year Mario GaGabriel and RyuSouta had an event where they dropped a video bomb of remade covers and pvs for evillious videos, all leading up to the release of Mario's pv for "Master Of The Heavenly Yard."
I wasn't going to be able to subtitle All of the new versions, because Ryu asks that nobody reupload the covers they post to Their channel (while the audio on videos posted Mario's channel is free game). some of the videos on Ryu's channel had updated pvs, so I'm able to use those with swapped audio, but some of them are covers by themselves so those are off the table.
that said ! my initial plan was to have my own bomb. a full week of uploads, one a day, leading up to MOTHY. it seemed like it'd be Really Fun, and also a good way to justify the break I'd need for the holidays jklafsdjklafds
I'd Also planned on adding my own elements, and throwing some Surprises into the mix. which would've added more time, but again seemed like it'd make the whole thing more Fun.
Unfortunately I don't have the free time I used to when I started this channel, so while I've been chipping away at a little of everything I Don't have much finished yet.
that said, I still fully intend on making everything I set out to make (and possibly more), but at this point it's clear that waiting until I have everything done probably just isn't worth it. so ! have this peace offering to tide you over for now, "Chrono Story" shouldn't be long to follow but I have no guarantees for the rest of it kljfdskljdsf

In Key Of World the 11th gear comes during the line "Humans who are never satisfied. What do you wish for, what will you achieve? If you’re worn out, now sleep." Obviously refrenceing the line in the previous song Crohno Story "What does she wish for what does she seek?" And at 3:27 - 3:34 in this song there are gears turning behind Irina the gears are numers 11 and 02. I personally think that the gears that often show up represent people as shown in The Maiden Of The Tree.
Red gear =Germaine (sorry if its spelt wrong)
Blue Gear= Kyle Marlon
White Gear= Clarith
Teal gear= Michaela
The orangey/yellow Gear= Rilliane
And in the clocktower or more specifically in Heartbeat Clocktower the gears are the colors of the seven sinners.
Purple= Lust
Red= Gluttony
Yellow= Pride
Teal= Sloth
Pink/Magenta= Envy
Blue= Greed
In Recollective Music Box the line "The gears began to go mad." The candidates for Ma going mad with desire to be queen "and obtain everything" So the two gears behind Irina might represent Kiril, Elluka, or Seth.

it's a slight retcon on mothy's part that mario reflected in the pv ! there are seven sin vessels, but no demon of sloth. that vessel was filled another way, and the demon wouldn't be seen with the others at the time

it's a biblical reference ! adam and eve were tempted into sin by the snake. it's symbolism that mothy uses for him in the album booklets and novels.

@@tobimisa As someone was (forcibly) read the Bible I find the fact that Seth is the snake weird and interesting at the same time.
If your going by the bible, Seth is the third son of Adam and Eve, born after Cain murdered Abel.
When I first saw Seth’s role in the evillious chronicles I went: hold on, hold on- *aggressive page flicking noises*
Anyways, the reference is pretty neat.

it's a shame I didn't get notified you sent this earlier, but I'm glad I've seen this now ! because seth's name is actually most likely (also) a reference to the egyptian god "set," which is Also often translated to seth !
magic kingdom levianta is often recognized as a reference to christian mythology, but it borrows from creation mythology from all over ! levia and behemo being references to leviathan and behemoth (which are both jewish in origin) for instance. the country itself is also inspired by the roman empire !
