Great little video and information. This cemetery is very close to me so I love walking through and discovering more about its residents

I have an interesting insight to share… You pointed out the grave of Wilkie Collins and how he wrote ‘The Moonstone’. Did you know he was inspired by the Koh-I-Noor diamond? Well, the Maharani Jind Kaur (Queen Mother of the ten-year-old boy Maharaja who surrendered the Koh-I-Noor diamond) was interred at the Dissenters Chapel in the same Kensal Green Cemetery in 1863. Author Charles Dickens visited her tomb and wrote about it in his journal. There’s a plaque in memory of her but she’s no longer there (because she was later moved to India). Thanks for reading 😊

Really nice 👍 tour...few months ago I stayed inside way too long wandering around and got locked inside and nearly had to climb out of the cemetery.

I attended Kensal Green Cemetery for 6 weeks in August-September of 2016 each morning after shopping for breakfast. I spend a couple of hours each day there for reflection.

Really interesting and well describe. would be better without zany music. Hope you forgive for suggesting some music with a bit of morbidity would be more pleasing. Enjoyed your take very much, many thanks for your posting.
