Thanks for posting. I saw the original Al Wilson heat three times, one of which was a jam session with Big Willie Chambers and Jim Morrison, and after that, Hooker 'n' Heat. Unforgettable stuff.
For me Wrapped Up is the best cut on this album. It doesn't get much better than The Chambers Brothers singing harmony behind Heat. Don't forget to boogie.
I like wrapped up as well. But, experimental neo-blues boogie song "Nobody but You' is my fave. Anyway it's an album and should be enjoyed as a single unit.
U need 2 listen 👂 2 the version of this song done Elmore JAMES he has a hotter pickup on his guitar 🎸 and sure play the guitar the way he feels listen 2 it 😊 OMG 5 27 2O23
John RossStar Sadly he didn't even live to see the original studio Hooker n' Heat released in 1970. On the sleeve photo of that record you can see the remaining band sitting in a hotel room with Hooker, and as a tribute there's a picture of Blind Owl hanging on the hotel room wall.
TOO MUCH !!!I will believe in God again if : the Stones stop performing 2) IF JUSTIN BIEBER STOPS SINGING and last but not least the Beatles come back to earth and meet Ziggy Stardust
We don't forget the Boogie. In the Heaven the Owl, the Bear and the Sunflower continue playing Boogie. ✌️
Are there wise old 🤣 owls in the Heaven the Owl?
He said, fine Saturday night!! , i think it was fantastic., i wish i was there...

Thanks for posting. This is really great stuff. I think Canned Heat is one of the really under appreciated bands of the 60's.
Motor head
What about Motor Head.
Your absolutely right !.Highly underappreciated. They are one of my favourite bands of all time.
Me too
I would say my appreciation made up for the lack of appreciation. 😉.
Muchas gracias Caned Heat, grandes dinosaurios de rock
i dig the canned heat, and john lee hooker was one of my all time favorite bluesmen , along with mckinley morganfield, aka muddy mississippi waters

Fito's drum solo in Nobody But You is fantastic
Thanks. It made my day. I keep thinking whether I will ever get tired of listening to JLH.

America at it's
Con tanta basura comercial actual regueton es dificil que la cultura musical verdadera se de a conocer gracias
oh i am typing out that novel to this shit alright
Are you all there ?
🌟⚡️🔥💎🌠🌟😉😎
Great performance, but Alan's awesome harp playing seems to be ignored in favor of featuring the piano.
Why didn't Alan Wilson sing lead on GOING UP?
Because he was dead, this is from 1981
John RossStar Yea it really sucks...I think he died in 1970
Patrick Jane Oh ok, didn't know they did 2 of these w Hooker.
Right, i know he PLAYED on the original but died before they got the promo picture done. That's why this was confusing.
Excellent a ecouter sans moderation
