I'm 18 and trying to restart my calesthenics journey from 1 year ago I remember lovin the dedication I put into while training but because of stress and anxiety in life and being lonely I became depressed and lost but now I am trying to regain progress and get stronger than before. This channel is helping a lot thanks man.
This is more of a general question about going overboard with volume. You learn about military training; they go way overboard (usually with calisthenics). I also know of some elderly folks who remained in good shape their whole life working in their office into their 70s and 80s by doing calisthenics sets at arbitrarily picked times. For example, every time they had to do something like deliver paperwork to their co-worker or talk to their secretary. They would do a set of 5 or 10 push-ups, sit-ups, body squats, and pull-ups, like a circuit. Then, get back to work. These things seem to go way past the standard advice on volume. Is this a bad idea? To me, it would seem to fit with the type of monkey we are. We are endurance pursuit predators evolved from tree-climbing apes. You do both of those things all day, everyday. It also matches the way our ancestors worked in their jobs of farming, hunting/gathering, sailing, etc. But a lot of channels make it sound like a bad thing. Does too much only count to the degree to which you get closer to failure?
Hello can you talk more about resistance training and agility training because the reason i am learning calisthenics is because karate & taekwondo and I heard that Bruce lee Did calisthenics & weight lifting to get stronger and I am training for 2 month I am seeing a different in my strength so I am also interested in isometrics & plyometrics Note: great video btw also just watched the Dragon flag video nice seeing someone genuinely interested in talking about calisthenics
Hi brother , i saw your garou workout video and got hell a motivated, so please try to make one for characters like guts from berserk he is good too please
The answer depends entirely on you. Do you like to go to the gym and lift weights? Is your gym close to your home/school? Do you think you have the time to go there frequently? Do you have friends or family who also exercise in a gym, who can share tips with you? If you like the idea of lifting weights and going to the gym is not an issue then go to the gym. If you have less time or the gym is too far away from your daily schedule or if you cannot afford the membership or are unsure you will like it, try calisthenics. You are young, so do whatever you like and you feel inclined to do. The key here is consistency, as long as you keep exercising you will get better. You also need to complement this with a good diet and a good night's sleep (7-9 hours). If you have the opportunity, talk with a professional trainer, because it is important to take into account your goals (muscle growth, fat %, etc.).
Yo ive noticed that like my right lat is a lot bigger than my left lat and i find it confusing that its for some reason bigger and it does not look very good. do you know any ways to fix this?
U can fix muscle imbalances by doing unilateral exercises, for example for lats do some rows but the unilateral version ( just one side at a time, then switch to the other side )
@GOSTLYBEATS I was not emotionally controlled, respectable gentlemen.☕️ I was just making sure you didn't take this thematic too seriously. It would be really worrying that the anime fan community considers anime as a kind of religion or something. but today, you never know.

Like glazer you ain't doing none
I'll rest more that I'll take 1minth rest between every 40 pushups, squats.
