I have smooshed together excercises from Train like Toji and Train like Sung Jin Woo, doing a PPL split, and I have personally found i can just superset my ab excericses with leg excercises on my leg days. Moving straight from legs to abs also does a good job of keeping my heartrate up, so accidental HIIT. Thanks again for another great video! We are Jim!

man you did awesome job, but every one of us has minimum 6 abs if you look at the anatomy some may have 8 or 10 or even 12 but all have at least 6, thats beacuase of 3 partitions already present in abs. we all do mistakes, no problem thanks a lot for this guide
Everyone have abs, its just about the visibility if u are short and thin ur abs going to show up mostly. But yeah having abs is normal, not having abs isn't normal 😂

Yeah adding weights to calisthenics is a great combo. But always listen to your body and don't hurt yourself
