Time is a funny thing. Life is funnier and you can’t mix time and life together it just doesn’t work that way. Your time on this rock is dictated by your choices and your family. I have a grandson who has me wrapped around his pinky and that is ok with me. He is already a year old and I didn’t blink as with my daughter time just flew by. My point is you have to keep things in perspective. Family is everything.
also, if you have any advice for my situation, i have a goal, and i know how to work for it, yet i just dont seem to work for it, as you said, spending your whole day watching youtube, or other activities that dont add value in one's life, i do those, a lot, so, how do i get out of it, if you have some advice, id be grateful!
Hi friend, I'd suggest you start. Maybe pick one or two steps or habits that you can influence easily, e.g., get to bed earlier, drink more water, get sunlight every morning, etc. Often one good change can lead to another. If you have some time, listen to a few recordings from Earl Nightingale. I personally find his thoughts very motivating. Here's one example from many: ua-cam.com/video/L1J5NUWcXVw/v-deo.htmlsi=FtdBJHHHLnMp5aYb
Hi friend, following up you. Did you have a chance to listen to the recording I recommended below? I just listened to it again this morning and find it really encouraging and inspiring. Let me know your thoughts.

I totally agree we have to live in the moment and enjoy it. Thank you, friend.
and an idea for the next whiskey talks, how about purpose?
That's a great idea.
9:17 , how does that realization come?
Honestly, it's been in the back of my mind for the last 10 years. Just a gut feeling.
