I read the title as, "Reviewing Every Coldplay Album"
The most brutal band in existence lmao

@@themetalmeltdownofficial EVERYONE IN THE F*CKING PIT, THIS ONE IS CALLED VIVA LA VIDA
What makes None So Vile so special and iconic is it’s one of the first Dm albums to combine tech death with brutal death metal. It’s super intense yet very sporadic. Killer record. Nice vid!
I'm gay and that opening made me crack up laughing
Two-Pound Torch really got me by the balls the first time I heard it. Didn’t expect Cryptopsy of all bands to surprise me like that
Just saw them live in WA they put on a sick show, was great to hear songs from Blasphemy Made Flesh, None So Vile, and As Gomorrah Burns as those are their 3 best albums. Also Matt was a really nice guy
The timing of this video is fitting. I just saw Cryptopsy open for Death to All in May. I never listened to them prior, but they were super killer! (Loved their frontman.)
As a french canadian I APPROVE. I loved that whole intro still as cool chill and funny bud
That self-titled album fucking HITS. Honestly glad to see respect for the later albums even though the first 2 definitely deserve their classic status.
As a fellow non-Canadian, I still approve of this video. 🇨🇦🇨🇦

If I were to make a list of my 10 favorite death metal songs of all time, 'Phobophile' from 'None So Vile' would be included.. 👌🤘
You could have the entire None So Vile album tbh
I always felt once was not needed more love. Lord worm rules.
Happy Canada Day!!!
Lord Worm's gutturals may sound standard in this day and age, but I adore his performance on the first two, not only for the gutturals but also for the weird and demented noises. No other vocalist quite like him
It was awesome seeing Cryptopsy opening for Death To All on their current tour. Met the entire band after the second show. Very nice people. Blasphemy Made Flesh and None So Vile are my two favorite, but outside of The Unspoken King I don’t dislike any of their albums.
Thought Cryptopsy had a new album out for a sec
Tho I would love that lol
they diiid sign a new deal with Season Of Mist and in doing so hinted at new music. Feels too soon for an album but maybe an EP?
None So Vile is still the sickest album. Every time I listen to it I just smile and feel like throwing cars
Great band!
I just saw them with Death To All last week and it was genuinely the best show I’ve ever been to. Also I fully about Screams Go Unheard.
"Yikes im getting old"
Felt that, i may only be turning 29 on the 15th, but my knees and back are middle aged
Time is a cruel mistress sometimes ain't she?
A few days ago, I met the drummer for cyptopsy after death to all show, and he is genuinely the nicest guy I have ever met.
these guys are really up there with suffo and nile in terms of brutal/ texh death in my opinion
I saw Cryptopsy in New York with the two day event when they were touring with death to all show and I don’t think there’s an original member in the band anymore. Am I wrong about that?
Would've preferred a Devin Townsend discography ranking for Canada day instead but I'll settle for this too
bro's got 100 albums lmao, we'd be here forever
I absolutely love cryptopsy all albums have a place in my heart. However to leave off the tomb eps idk those are elite
I did really like the latest Cryptopsy record, but I really have to be in the mood to listen to them.
Please give krallice a deep dive soon-new album release is bloody awesome.
We'll probably be talking about Krallice real soon...
The Unspoken King is a bad Cryptopsy album, but a good deathcore album. My opinion. I respect the fuck out of yours my guy. Thanks for the video! Love watching these when I get a chance!
Honestly not a huge fan of None so vile because of Lordworm's vocals but we agree 100% on As Gomorrah burns, this shit hits hard!
Cryptopsy is one of the best brutal and technical death metal bands out there. Aside from one album, everything these Canadian death metal legends have done has been good to legendary. Here would be my scores of each album:
Blasphemy Made Flesh: 4.5/5
None So Vile: 5/5
Whisper Supremacy: 4.25/5
...And Then You'll Beg: 3.5/5
Once Was Not: 3.75/5
The Unspoken King: 2/5
Cryptopsy: 4/5
As Gomorrah Burns: 4.25/5
🤘
None So Vile is their masterpiece but I feel like it doesn’t get enough recognition for ending with a clip from Army of Darkness.
Nice! None So Vile is my favorite and what I consider Cryptopsy's best album. Love Blasphemy Made Flesh as well. Saw Cryptopsy live in 2005. Great show with Lord Worm on vocals. Suffocation were also on the bill.
Nice! Saw Cryptopsy in 2016 on the Devastation On The Nation tour with Decrepit Birth and Rivers Of Nihil. Fun night.
@@themetalmeltdownofficial Cool. Speaking of Canada Day, the show I saw was at the good ol' Opera House in Toronto. Seen more shows there than any other venue in the city. That said, for all it's charm and great memories I have of seeing shows there, I greatly prefer Rebel. Way better Toronto venue imo.
Being born in October of 1994, I feel that creeping middle age depression all too well
Pride month was about Pride Fighting Championships, not the gayz bro. What planet you from?! I don’t think the Canadians demand fealty though they appreciate it.
Glad to see you do Cryptopsy though. Their latest album got me through my flight and book a few weeks ago. I was surprised how much I liked the first album too.
Bud Pride month has always been about 'the gayz': since 1970 to be exact.
Cryptopsy is great❤
couldn't agree more about the unspoken king, in theory the metalcore/deathcore elements could be great additions to their sound but they're just implemented so poorly. It's like they randomly and suddenly switch back and forth between death metal and metalcore parts without really fusing them at all, and the clean vocals just come out of nowhere it's so jarring
In no timeline is Once Was Not inferior to the two prior albums, but hey, opinions and all.
Yeah that album fucking rules.
Cool beans
HAHA TIME 2 BY WINTERSUN IS COMING GOOD LUCK EATING A SHIRT LMAO
So...thoughts on new Bilmuri? Ik not the best place but curious 🤔 😅
Don't know who that is so no comment
@themetalmeltdownofficial it's a project from Johnny Frank from Attack! Attack! This new album, American Motor Sports, would kinda sorta fit in your whole country metal category for the most part and honestly it shouldn't work as good as it does!😱🤯
I don't think Lord Worm actually sings the lyrics in None So Vile. Even reading the lyric book it doesn't match his vocal delivery at all.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, its an iconic performance nonetheless
I don't think Cryptopsy sounds chaotic and brutal as any other death metal band in the 90s.
It's not that Cryptopsy is a one album wonder, it's just that None So Vile is so vastly superior, it casts a shadow on the rest of their solid discography. Truly a monumental achievement and worthy of a 5/5 rating IMHO.
Their first 5 albums were hugely influential to me, and the one album with OG guitarist Jon Levassuer was pretty solid, but the rest was either meh or bad.. Solid career though, but they basically sound like a cover band of themselves now.. Didn’t really love the latest one like most other people
Im with ya i thought Gomorrah..was killer even tho lots of people shot on it
Shit💩
Nah, we can pander to the gays all year!!! I fuckin love yall. Am proud of being bi/pan. Now Cryptopsy, their Discog is like a rollercoaster for me. They have peaks that I feel like almost no other death metal band could possibly match, but they also have really low lows as well.
None So Vile: None so Vile
S: Blasphemy made Flesh, Whisper Supremacy
A: As Gomorrah Burns
B: Cryptopsy
C: And then You’ll beg
D: Once Was Not
Unspoken King: Unspoken King
Canadians scare me 😨
Man check out Maze Envy by Civerous
I did! Excellent album.
@@themetalmeltdownofficial make a review then. Not a lot of people are talking about it
