    please be respectful in the comments - everybody has to find something that works for them. yes, i've tried a lot of diets/ways of eating along the way but that's my personal journey and thats a-okay! i want to continue making what i eat in a day videos as they're my favourites but they do attract very ignorant commenters a lot of the time especially as i try different ways of eating often, however i've finally found a plan that i think will work very well for my body and my mental health and thats incredibly important. also, saying things like 'why dont you just eat in moderation?!?!?!' is also incredibly ignorant when you dont know the inner workings of an individuals mind. i happen to work better when i have rules to follow, you might be the opposite and thats okay! respect everyones journey. thank you x

    Love this! Could you maybe do a 'what I eat on the go' type video with this diet, or like a meal prep one? Because obviously not everyone is self employed and able to cook all meals at home on the day. Hope this diet works for you gabby! X

    I have been on WW for just under a month, and agreed with everything you said about slimming world - I’ve found WW so much easier to actually do without ever feeling guilty. I’ve lost just over 12lb so far so the plan definitely works!!
    There’s also a great insta community, I follow loads of accounts but keep mine on private and only allow WW accounts to follow me, I found that this meant I weren’t getting bombarded with people telling me how I should do things their way!
    I really hope you continue to enjoy the plan, it looks like you had lovely meals! xxx

    Yay! Happy for your to join WW! I’ve been on it for a little over a year, minus a month or so break during thanksgiving and Christmas. I stuck with lower points during the day but still had the sweets and indulgent holiday meals. I’m very short and so it doesn’t take much weight to show up. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds, and I’m at my happy weight. I’ve given myself a 6 pound window to stay in. Can’t wait to see more videos like this. I feel so much better and now I really enjoy walking and working out. Oh and I get 23 points a day. Sometimes it’s a struggle, but the days evan out. I do have one cheat meal/day a week that I don’t usually track. On that day I usually will have one high point meal and a snack or two and I feel completely satisfied. It has worked great for me, because I use it as my reward for being on track all week. Good luck!

    I am also on WW and have been on it for a month and it is great I have lost 10 pounds so far and like you I do feel like WW was made for me and it is so easy to follow and there is no guilt when I go over my daily points. So happy you found something that makes you happy!!

    Sorry to hear slimming world didn't work out, you seemed to have really enjoyed it in the beginning. Guilt is truly one of the worst feelings, so good on you for doing what's best for you and stopping it.

    Have you ever considered trying intermittent fasting? I started this lifestyle last year in August and it totally changed my life! 🤗 Since I have started it, my skin became a lot clearer than before( I used to have sooo many spots on my face you can't believe it!) I also lost weight and I feel so much better in general! I love the fact that I don't feel controlled anymore by the food I have to eat, before I used to think about food every second of the day, now I eat what I want and I feel amazing. I highly recommend looking into it, even if you don't start right away, just think about it! Love xx 🥰😘

    Gabby I would honestly LOVE if you did them like once a week with different recipes that you use or try that are as easy as this ones! I struggle to find ideas and yours are so easy and look so yummy!

    Gabs I'm really excited for you. Ww has always been my favorite. It healed me a long time ago with my relationship with food and I've kept the better part of 30 pounds off for about 6 years. It also helps you realize what a healthy weight looks like on you and it's not super restrictive a bit more educational I'd say.

    I really admire you for being so committed to losing weight. It took me a long time to face up to the fact I had to make a change due to my previous bad relationship with food after an eating disorder as I'm overweight for my height too. Not massively, but enough that I'm self conscious. I find monitoring what I eat really triggering (calorie counting etc, I've tried all the apps and I just hated it - felt guilty for eating etc) so I just try to make conscious efforts to eat healthily and do more exercise. Excited to follow your journey x

    Do you ever meal prep? Would love to see a meal prep video with your diet. Loving your food ideas, it's healthy but also 'easy' and you never use any weird ingredients that you can never find 🙈 and they all look so tasty 👌🏻

    I am like you. I work better having a set of rules to follow than being left to my own devices. Honest. I am on WW and honestly love it. I love the app. Super easy to track. I love that you get weekly points and also that you can earn extra points for exercise. I have lost quite a bit and have been at a plateau for awhile so I decided on a little break to reset and will start back soon. Good luck and if you have questions, please don't be shy to ask.     I started WW in January and I love it! I don't feel like I am "dieting" and loving making healthier choices! My mental health has improved aswell as my hair skin and nails this plan is a miracle worker. Don't get me wrong some days are hard and I over indulge in a biscuit tin but WW doesn't ever make you feel guilty for that. They just very positively motivate you back on the right path!
    Are you sharing your connect handle would love to follow you for motivation? I 100% understand if your not though...

    I barely comment on videos but had to say this You honestly just need to what you feel is right for you this is why there are so many weight loss plans out there because it isn't one size fits all. Ive done WW for about 2.5 years was even a coach and it works because you can have whatever you want in moderation and makes you ask yourself whether you actually want something or not. Its called a balanced lifestyle for a reason

    I’ve been doing ww since January and it’s the best plan I’ve done (and I’ve tried a lot) I did sw last year and it was just so hard and stressed me out so much. 8 weeks in and I’ve lost 12.5 pounds! It’s slowed down a lot recently but a slow loss is still a loss! Good luck!

    I really, really hope you find WW works for you and you have a happy/healthy journey to goal. I used to do WW and lost 5st on it, gained 2st back over a couple of years and am now on SW just for a change! WW is a lot more flexible though! Good luck Gabs x

    I love to watch videos you are passionate about! Your excitement really gets to me and makes the videos interesting. If you don't enjoy beauty and makeup videos, don't do them. There are I don't know how many beauty people on youtube. If that is the content I want, I go and look for it. Even if you do another 10 baby name videos, I would watch them, because that is what you are exiting about. Another what I eat in the day? Yes! Hit me up with twenty more!!!
    At the end of the day, this is your channel gabbs and you should do videos that you enjoy and like to do!! I am so happy that you finally do things you enjoy!

    I do WW, I did it 5 years ago and lost 5.5 stone. It was the only thing that worked and is long-term. I went to uni and put some back on, but honestly it really works for me so I hope it works for you x

    Good luck on your new journey! I've just started SW and am really struggling with the whole guilt thing and feel deprived at weekends even though I have undersinned on weekdays!     You really do have to follow a plan that is best suited to your lifestyle. I've been doing Slimming World for nearly 2 years and have lost 7 Stone 5IB while doing it. Love watching these what i eat in a day videos x

    I joined slimming world last month. Honestly.. It's not for me. I don't understand all the processed food and sweetner pushing. I know it works for everyone, but I was told a banana was free food but mashed it wasn't according to the person running it. Their app was shit and the syns were absolutely ridiculous. Sinning superfood. I suppose for someone without two autoimmune diseases it's great but the minute I pump sweetners or frylite into my body, I ache. My RA flares up. So I left it a week to properly go through the booklets etc. I was ready to go back until the girl running it text me harassing me telling me I should have lost 7 pound in the first week which isn't healthy for me. I thought it was such a joke and not sustainable.

    Hi gabbie, I see that you are cutting on a chopping board that moves around so much when you’re cutting up the veggies for your stew. It gives me so much anxiety as I’m afraid you’ll hurt yourself! One little tip for that is you could place a wet cloth underneath the chopping board to prevent it from moving around so much, and it is safer for you. Anyways, have always loved your videos and have been watching it for years now. Wishing you all the love and motivation on your new fitness journey ❤️ watching this from Singapore!

    I did the Cambridge Weight Plan and lost 6 stone in 5 months last year. Problem is my relationship with food is still crappy and I’m a resentful cow because people who weren’t interested in me before are suddenly texting me. I think I might do WW as a life plan to maintain, so thanks for showing it all looks good! Anyone got any tips how to be politely tell people to bog off when they didn’t care how awesome I was before I lost weight? 🙈

    I think ww is great for you! I'm a fussy eater and have yoyod all my life but ww is the one that's always worked for me as you can eat whatever you want as long as it's pointed! Im like you ive tried slimming world and calorie counting and other diets but ww has always been the best for me. Your not restricted to anything it just helps with moderation, ignore what people say they just don't understand when having a unhealthy relationship with food it's hard to find that balance without something to follow! Good luck I'm sure you will love it and do amazing x

    I’m currently on the WW online plan. How do you get your porridge to 4 points? The lowest I can get is 6 with skimmed milk&syrup😢 Definitely going to try the chicken😍

      30g of oats is 3, one teaspoon of golden syrup is 1! I guess I should class the almond milk but that would be about 1.5 x
