What I Eat In A Day For Fat Loss • Get Fit 101

  • Hey everyone! I saw all your comments and I went ahead and made a video about what I eat in a day.
    BREAKFAST:
    1/3 cup oats with a tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup water, and 1 teaspoon peanut butter
    2 egg whites and 1 egg
    COFFEE
    POST WORKOUT:
    1 serving of protein powder with almond milk or water
    SNACK:
    1 cup of 2% plain greek yogurt + 1 tablespoon fiber + 1 teaspoon jam (no high fructose corn syrup)
    SNACK:
    1/2 sweet potato sliced and placed in a toaster
    1/2 avocado with salt and pepper flakes
    LUNCH:
    5 oz. chicken with yams OR vegetable of choice
    DINNER:
    5 oz. salmon with 1 cup cauliflower rice and 1 cup mixed veggies prepared with olive oil
    ~DESSERT:~
    1 cup almond milk with 1 tsp. turmeric powder, dash of ginger, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    A little dark chocolate
    OPTIONAL SNACKS:
    Apple + 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    Air popped popcorn
