Warm up, the grab a medium set of dumbbells and perform one rep of the full body strength sequence at the top of each minute, then complete each minute with a HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO INTERVAL..You will STRENGTHEN YOUR ENTIRE BODY, SCORCH CALORIES & CREATE AFTERBURN with this quick sweat session, but remember, if your workout is SHORT, INTENSITY IS KEY!
