- Boost your metabolism and get strong! This 30 minute full body strength session is a metabolic conditioning workout! The purpose of a metabolic conditioning workout is to increase your metabolism even after the workout is complete! We will do this with intense pushes and short rest sets! This workout is fun, but it is also tough! Lift heavy and give it your all!
30 MINUTE METABOLIC CONDITIONING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 45lbs / 7 - 20kg. Aim for a moderately heavy weight for your fitness level!
STRUCTURE
2 FULL BODY FOCUSED CIRCUITS
REPEAT EACH CIRCUIT TWICE
4 TOTAL CIRCUITS
7 EXERCISES PERCIRCUIT
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 10 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 45 SECONDS

Epic. I started following your rides in February, but didn't subscribe to the calendar until March.. I have type 1 diabetes, addison's disease (I don't make adrenaline), and have Hashimoto's..my weight has been hard to control, but GIRL... with your calendars, workouts, and motivation and modifications, I've lost 20 lbs and feel better than I have in years. Thank you for doing this. I couldn't have done it without you rallying me on. 💕
I've never heard of. Addison's disease before. You don't make adrenaline? Thank you for sharing this, because I want to research it now. I didn't even know. Congrats on doing the workouts and your weight loss. I'm sure she would tell you the fact that you are doing such challenging workouts means you are really strong! My father passed from Type 1. The only time I ever saw him have good quality of life, is when he was working out.

I felt like I needed a full body workout tonight as we have been iced in for all week and I'm starting to lose my mind! Your workouts are simply the best
This was the toughest strength I can remember in my entire time with you Kaleigh! I definately got the flow of it a bit better on the repeat of the circut. I keep trying to improve my dumbell organiation methods so I am fast enough on the switches. I could have used an extra 3 seconds on a few of them! This is the kind of burner where you want to have lower weights AT THE READY in case you need to swap down for sure. Amazing challenge thank you!

I've been getting back into working out after having covid during Christmas and I was finally brave enough to do a harder full body workout instead of yoga/mellow pilates and this was great! As a person with ADHD the pace was just right and the two different types of circuits were perfect. Thanks!

The best of every other that I have tried. I start with a 45 minutes walking, then 45 or 30 minutes zumba and then do this one and the stretches if not very sweaty. I never though I could do the squats because of my knees but I feel that my knees have become stronger and don't really bother now

To be honest.. if I compare this workout with the last one.. I don’t have words to differentiate on the basis of intensity etc.. I feel this workout was a complete different set as compared to the last one.. when I ask my body.. my body loved them both equally!! ❤❤
I rlly wanna recover from my ed and i rlly need o boost my metabolism for that since i only eat 300 kcals a day now, but im faithful that with this ill be able to do it !!!!🤞🤞🐞🐞🌞
