The look of Joy on Mark's face when his son Drew him a picture with the expensive crayons
so cute
The only joy he got from this entire game
Such precious joy

Pre-Birthday: Fuck these crayons, you got bodily fluids, thats 4 colours right there
Son: "papa mark hero"
Mark: my hEART
Imagine trying to cross a border and the border guard just makes panicked moaning noises and keeps looking rapidly between all of your papers and his phone
OMG NOW I CANT UNPICTURE IT 😂😂
I cackled irl lol thank you
Lol 🤣
What? When?
animation idea :O
Official: the wall is for plaques only, you will be docked pay
Mark: *immediately hangs his son's art on the wall*
Did you see that picture, though? I'm surprised they fined him, given the nationalistic context of the drawing! Granted, that guy seems like an ass
I would have done the same. That guy was rude…
You see the guy coming to check, if that happens, quickly remove everything form the wall except the plaques xD

I love how this far in, Mark continues to use notes for the districts but doesn't realize he can write down people's names
Well he is using a tablet for that information. It's not like he is actually taking notes himself. But yes if he's going to "cheat" he should probably go all in with it.
Mark doesn't take notes, like, ever.

@@MorinehtarTheBlue How is that cheating? If I was an actual border inspector I'd write down important names and things like districts

I love how Mark just totally forgot about the lady that said “I don’t think the man in red is a threat.”
I was afraid he would miss that trick by forgetting between episodes. And he was actually doing so well with creatively acquiring extra money. You have to give a reason stamp anyway, by that point you can detain them. If he can restart from the start of the day, he can spare the man in red and Ezic will forgive him.
I think what happened is he thought "the man in red" was referring to the old guy that kept coming back trying to give proper papers. That's what I thought when she first said it, anyway.
@@darkeather2 i think he just completly forgot about what that woman said theres a very low chance he actually remembers her saying that otherwise when he seen the red dude he would have connected the dots and said something
I forgot too XD
Game: “you are under arrest for the murder of an innocent”
Markiplier: “[with resounding confidence] BUT AM I ?!?”
HILARIOUS
Mark, remember the female EZIC agent that says "I think the man in red isn't evil." You should try not to shoot him
Exactly
"isn't a threat"
“You have been caught putting an extra olive on a foot long”
“The penalty is death”
“The employees will be questioned for their involvement”
“Glory to Subway”
Why is this funny
Apparently, olives are expensive, and employees are supposed to put one per inch on when requested. Of course, no one thinks that is enough, and all employees learn to use roughly six times that many to avoid protests and hold ups, at least.
Incredibly funny, thank you for sharing your funniness with the world
This is genuinely kinda funny, what the hell?
@@misspatvandriverlady7555 thank the gods I hate olives! (Sorry, Athena.)
Just a head's up, you _lost the game._ This was not a proper finish, it was a game over. There's still another third of the game left and we'd love to see this continued!
this is old, but could anyone tell me if he actually got a variant ending? (also, sorry for ruining the 69 likes)
@@starxinyan6647 Most of the endings in this game are game overs from shooting someone or running out of money. The only true finishes to the game are from helping Ezic, opposing Ezic, or fleeing the country, all of which take you to day 31. The ending that Mark got was practically identical to 5 other endings with the only difference being the Ezic note.
This is old but 1 thousandth like

@@Beanibirb imo it seemed this kinda stressed him out so I can’t blame him lol
You put your soul and passion to a Heist with Markiplier, a series with multiple endings. This game is like a calling for you to complete. DO IT
As Great as that would be, he probably won't do it anyway, at most I expect him to only try 2 or 3 endings
Idk, I think him not completing it encourages the audience to get the game for themselves which is kinda better

Awesome Masterpiece Ever. Papers, Please!
I really hope you continue to play this. There's an ending thats really interesting. I will suggest to not have any wall hangings if you want the special ending. There's only one ending where we know you and your family live. You have complete at least 4 of the 5 EZIC tasks.
Your mistake here was shooting a "bystander" or "guard". If you ever do that, you'll be killed. Don't take the 1000/2000 credit bribe. Don't detain Shae.
But basically this is more of an empathy game rather than a game of skill. Youre suppose to feel conflicted about denying/approving these people. The game developer said he wanted players to come away from the game with a new perspective on those border inspections.
The punishment for letting them through is much less in this game than in real life though, so I pretty much always let people who have important business through. You just get a citation and you won't even get fined for it as long as you keep the citations under 3 per day. In real life you might get fired for doing it wrong just once.
If you get a citation for incorrectly processing someone, you don’t get paid for processing that person
I wish hed keep playing it

What's funny to me is that, despite Mark seeming to feel bad about his performance (and in a vacuum it did seem like he was making a ton of mistakes), he was doing a lot better than a bunch of people I watched play this game. Everyone else seemed to wanna run the Discrepancy Detector on everything and take up so much time, and from the beginning Mark did it by eye with a reasonable amount of success, which sped him up. He could keep the Heat and Food paid for every round with money to spare with the speed he was going through the shifts where many others struggled to make ends meet, and when they did they had very little spare cash.
He is leaving a lot of the game left on the table given, if he doesn't shoot the Man in Red, there's still many more days to go through, but I do appreciate him sticking to the ending he got based on the decisions he wanted to make. I do *hope* he one day returns to the game, but him going about this game so matter-of-factly and slowly realizing the weight of his decisions throughout was a really fun experience.

"he might have deserved it.... But I'm gonna go with no."
I really hope he continues this series, I love to see him play it
Pls do more😭😭
These helped me calm down after work and just giggle. Ily mark ive been watching since I was a kid. ❤️ thank you for existing
I feel like Mark doesn't realize his family doesn't need heat and food every single day
degenerate
@@Victor_Graves you should go cold and hungry for a while. Then you might understand. If he can still pay for food and heat he should. But why Mark did not cut food for a day to help that kid. Now that makes really no sense. ;) And why he do not take it serious and write down names etc...
@@Victor_Graves I absolutely see what you are seeing and to be quite honest. Their probably idiots.
@@Victor_Graves don't worry, they're just idiots lol
@@TheDiner50 It's a game, my guy
So we gonna tell mark he doesn’t need to pay for food and heat every day? And that he only needs to pay for it when they are ACTUALLY cold and hungry.
no
no
He'll figure it out
no
If you do that, then they get sick, requiring even more money to be spent on medicine, unless you just let them die. If you want to keep them alive, it's actually cheaper in the long run to pay for food and heat whenever you can. You can still "successfully" complete the game with just one family member remaining, so if you don't care about their well-being, the cheapest way to play is to let all but one die and then pay for food and heat for the last one all the time.
I hope that he picks this game back up in the future… I’ve enjoyed it so much!
I would love if this continued :')
it's somehow turned into one of my comforting playlists to watch
Mark proudly hanging up his kid's art was SO WHOLESOME
also you don't have to do a completionist run but PLEASE try at least another ending or two please
Why is the word wholesome a thing now? So confused...😔
@@talon532 right? Everything is "wholesome" apparently
@@talon532 What is confusing about it tho? It's for things that give off really warm and good vibes. Can also be used to refer to cute things as well.
@7yk0 i get what you're saying, and your opinion itself is valid, but there is zero need to be that aggressive toward someone for a well-meaning reply. i use the word wholesome for feel-good things that make me happy. you're absolutely allowed to dislike that, but don't go insulting people over it.
@7yk0 tell me you're toxic without telling me you're toxic aha. I wasn't attacking you bro, why the vitriol? Maybe try talking to someone who can help with the anger issues bestie
Markiplier realizing that he might have to replay the game over and over again to get the 20 endings
WARNING I am the unprettiest human YTer worldwide. Take the hint, dear ee
you don't have to play it from scratch, you can load any day and branch off to a different ending
@@AxxLAfriku you don’t have to tell me that you’re unpretty, axxl.
yes! load from a previous day and get the good ending!
Most of the endings really are almost identical, just like 1 slight difference in each of them
This is one of my favorite Markiplier series, please give us a part 6.
This series was really nice! It's sad that there hasn't been any new videos about this game
I kinda want to see mark do all the endings
Most of them are boring so there's no point, theres like 3 of them that are worth attention
@@sleepwalker8994 I agree i just want him to play to the end (day 31)
Buddy, we all do
Not all but maybe the good and the realy bad ending only might be fun
Me tooooo
There is a lot of content that you have yet to experience, like Sergiu's emotional story. You don't need to shoot the man in red and could still get a good ending if you help Ezic. Remember the note saying that the man in red might not be bad? I believe you should play some more. You'll enjoy it!
Yes!!!
Was thinking the same thing. like 3 game days ago a female member said she does not believe he is a threat. Since mark didn't listen to her I assumed it meant for that same day she talked about it.
@wat Either that, or helping them take over Artotzka. You could also escape with your family. 3 good endings.
Exactly!!
I hope he sees this
