some asians, mostly koreans have a low immunity to alchohol, I did some more reasearch, and some guy on Reddit said "He has a broken enzyme which causes him to not be able to process alcohol properly. He did drink alcohol, though sparingly, for a while (hence why he has Drunk Minecraft) but after a "heart attack", where his heart couldn't pump enough blood to all of the parts of his body because of the broken enzyme, his doctor told him he shouldn't drink alcohol anymore."
