In this video, I'll show you how I beat every Pokemon champion as Silver from the Manga with there Pokemon. It may not be the most efficient or strategic way to beat the champions, but it worked for me!
Silver from the Manga is a powerful trainer and has some powerful pokemon too so can he do this challenge?

Rules:
1: Only use Silver =]=Pokemon In battle.
2: No items in battle or Held items allowed.
3: Cant Be Higher Level Than Champion Ace
4: Not really a rule But I play on set battle mode.
5: If a Pokemon Faints its gone from every battle.
Disclaimer : I sometimes modify a Pokémon that I already have obtained in my save file to give me a better move set , changing pound to flamethrower for example.

Time for silver , and well I went back to deaths for this run! he was super fun to do , some more evil protagonists coming up , and some new fresh challenges on the way too! I want to clarify this is mainly his MANGA team , as his ingame team has alot of pokemon i've used recently , and i want to constantly keep it fresh hope you guys understand
I forgive you for mistaking Lance as a Flying-type specialist. I understand that the number of Dragon-type Pokémon were very restricted at the time Generation II was released. That's what led to the confusion. Even so, I respect Lance for having the look and personality of a champion. Blue became champion just to overshadow Red.
I was confused about the lack of Crobat, Magneton, Gengar and Alakazam then realised it's manga Silver lol
Yeah I probably should of cleared that up a little bit better , I chose this team rather than the rival just to have a change of pace , as i've used a gengar and magneton recently.

i was expecting more Pokémon from his Rival teams, like Gengar, Magneton/Magnezone, Alakazam, and Golbat/Crobat
I went down the manga route a little bit , as i did with gold and red ,the reason being I've just used a magnezone and gengar recently and wanted to use other pokemon! But i completly understand that. alakazam would of been cool to use
Silver's team here is so refreshing. I wish I could build teams like that.

A 3 flying move murkrow/honchkrow and a special attacking weavile was not what I expected 😅

Honestly I feel like the Trace segments would be more entertaining if you rolled up with a single non-maxed out Pokémon against him. I don’t know, maybe it would add actual stakes? Or maybe somehow I’m overestimating Trace. But either way.
Yeah a single note n maxed would get obliterated but that might be more fun, I usually make him harder but games where there is only one kanto Mon, I tried that.
Imma try this with may favourite rival and player character and iris my favourite champion and favourite character it Pokemon and red for the heck of it

*Im so confused, your rules said no switching yet you switch a lot during battles?*
So this was a accident from my party, I left in the no switching rule from my previous video.
When I play for deaths I allow myself to switch.
When I go for attempts, I make sure I never swap.
Sorry for the confusion.
This run was a struggle huh.
I thought it would be easy with the mons available , but there was so many times im sat there looking at what's available and trying to figure out what to do , Wallace was probably the one that had me completely stuck the most.
Ah silver the first jerk rival but honestly I kinda like jerk rivals but anyways i been meaning to say this but why the hell is hau always the second hardest out of the champions in these challenges. Also in your gold video I accidentally called gold sliver 😅
You knew it was coming before I did haha! Yeah the first " bad guy" rival , honestly hau makes me nervous every time I face him ECSPECIALLY in these death runs, I never knew tauros would be such a bane of my existence
@@Pokehound1yeah Tauros is a pretty powerful pokemon especially back in red and blue because how critical hits worked back then and also from what I have heard of is the steel was made to nerf powerful normal types from Gen 1 like Persian and Tauros

Ok so its only the first 2 champions and you already almost lost.These first 2 champions were very tough. Usually from what I have seen in your videos they are a joke but not this time it seems.
Edit Ok so I have seen the whole video now and tbh I was expecting more deaths given how in almost every fight there were so many close calls and your whole team was in the red. And of course I cant forget all those turn 1 critical hits as well as all those close calls where your pokemons got to like 3 hp and somehow survive long enough. Overall one of the toughest champions video I have seen especially the first ones.
Genuinally one of the hardest ones, because I like to keep it flowing it doesn't take into account how long I'm sat there contemplating every move and switch. Its really tough, if I lose feraligator early on it dooms the run. Thanks for watching I appreciate it 😁

Many people underestimate Wallace just because they very-rarely see a Water-type Pokémon Champion. Make no mistake, Wallace is a very tough Hoenn League Pokémon champion. Unlike Steven, Wallace doesn't rely on brute force. Steven is a joke.
Yeah MDB's challenge really shows that off.
Why not give hau decidueye instead of incineroar because he had one in the anime
Its my old save from when I played, so I just kept it as a incineroar which is pretty tough to beat tbh

I wish i could! But when doing challenges like this I really do stick to there move set they know as close as I can. having a murkrow/honchkrow with 3 flying moves isn't my idea of a good time haha!

Why didn’t you upgrade your moves
I only did on Kieran a little bit , I like the extra challenge of having to use things like slash and a special weavile etc.

@Pokehound1 also challenge idea ultra sun/moon bc it's the hardest game but you can only use 6 mon ever with their og 4 moves so if a ghastly starts with 4 moves no swapping them out and starters can't be swapped out
