I haven't heard anything about the base OST being different, but the Japan and SEA versions do have access to the Premium Sound editions of the game, which feature more music. However, the game does let you freely import in MP3s, and assign up to 3 tracks per suit. Now if only I could normalize the volume between all my music in-game...
