Grilled cheese, Ive done mayo, and now I do Philly cream cheese, the spreadable kind with the chives... yummy yummy yummy Provalone or cheeze whiz (I know I'm gonna get some shit for that comment) either is acceptable... where are the shrooms??? Gotta have shrooms on the philly! And next time, toss in some onions with them tatters for the hash! More better!

I've used left over brisket to make Quesadillas, tacos, grilled cheese, omelettes (with onions and peppers), chopped BBQ beef samiches.
