I loved to watch the missions so far. After 20 years I found out that you can actually eliminate a three persons patrol with the Green Beret and the Marine by shooting the officer in the front. Good tip. Thank you.
@@Krapoutchniek It is not your game. You just have to shoot, then right click so that you avoid the reload time and press the hotkey for harpoon "J", and shoot immediately again. This also applies for sniper bullets. Just practice and you'll see it is possible.
Good. I didn’t know fortress can be destroyed. Also 12:15 funny. You don’t have to lock them in prison, just lock the yard gate and they can’t open it.
I still don't understand how can you kill the commander and yet the soldiers don't give a shit, but when you kill one of the soldiers, the rest of the party turns around and murders you. Also, i have this false feeling that if i use the gun every enemy will hear it and come for me lel Only god knows how i got past this mission, every enemy group was alive, including reinforcements and i just went for the truck. Glad to say i made it

The overall merit is a progress bar for the whole game, not for one specific mission. Each time you fill it all the way to the right, you get a promotion. In this case, the guy was 2 stars away from a promotion after the previous mission (#16). He got 3 stars for this mission, so 1 carried over. Skip forward to the end of mission #18 and you'll notice he has 4 stars of overall merit.
Why do they even give you a boat in this level if it's impossible to use because of the prisoner AI, and you have to abuse the game to beat the map. Fucking dumb game.

To be fair it looks like some bug abuse with green berret radio, soldiers behind officer must react on death, but they just stay calm.

there might be one of the prisoners stuck somewhere, usually around the bridge across the river
