Unable to reset, now lock is stucked

Remove the battery pack form the back of the unit. Press and hold Lock on the front while inserting the battery pack. It will grunt and grid and reset itself.

There are little "Dip Switches" on the back with on and off. Most likely you have the "beep" turned off, it is usually in the inside of the cover or little tiny print on the board to show you which one turns it off and on.
